Very Good!
Wooden handle-does not get hot. Use in combination with parchment paper.. This hamburger press is restaurant quality. I wanted something heavy to keep hamburgers flat so they would brown evenly. I expected this press would be adequate, but it far exceeded those expectations. It is heavy without being too heavy. It is very well made and comfortable to handle. Going to be great for all our summertime get togethers.

Great burger press!
The Cuisinart Stainless Steel Smashed Burger Press is an essential tool to have when grilling outdoors for family and friends. My husband loves to use it on the barbeque grill to press on burger patties, and it helps create juicy and flavorful burger patties with crispy ends. I haven't tried this yet on my stovetop grill, but I imagine this would yield some delicious burgers as well!

Great Smashburgers!
My family and I love burgers and there is nothing better than making them at home. We love smash burgers when we go out and it is hard to get a good smashburger at home. This really helped out so much. We actually love how sturdy this is and it cleans off very well. My family loved how good the smashbirgers came out and they were very uniform. Great product
This steel press has been the essential go to tool for smashing my beef and chicken burgers into crispy juicy thin perfection. It is heavy duty so you can push hard to achieve great thinness and it washed up easily. I have been hand washed it and haven’t but it in the dishwasher. Love it and will purchase one as a gift for adult kids.

Great product for making multiple burgers! We had a big BBQ party and we used this to make about 20 burgers and it was very quick and the burgers were evenly made. Would recommend for making multiple burgers.

Steak and burger weight
I've used these when cooking for others or as a line cook. It's both good and bad as the weight that speeds the cook time also squashes juice our, but for the well done lovers and when a rush is needed it does the deed. Personally I like med rare and juicy thick burgers so I opt out of using these on my food and ignore the backlash of ruining the meat. Some folk want it like that. To each their own and the customer or one eating it is always right even if I disagree. Its definitely a must have because it is a life saver, but be warned tou may be scolded politely I'd hope.

Amazing to keep around!
I have used this for many things, like for a burger press, for bacon as well as for tortillas when we make them homemade! They also work good for cookies to make them flat and it is absolutely a staple in our home. I have purchased these as gifts for Fellow chef friends, and they also use them consistently would definitely recommend to anyone.

Burger helper!
This burger press is so easy to use and I never knew how much I needed one. It helps me to make perfect burgers that are cooked evenly in the center. I also think that it’s very easy to wash and store as well. The handle is easy to grip and my makes me feel like my hand is safe when I’m pressing a patty over a hot skillet.
