Not bad
I do love this tooth paste. It seems to keep my mouth clean and refreshed. The only complaint I have is that it's a tad too much n mint which I'm sure most would say that's a good thing. But not for me it causes my mouth to be fed and hot and not pleasant. But I think it's a good product I would definitely recommend this to others

Feeling fresh
This toothpaste leaves my mouth feeling very clean and fresh. After using for a short time, I have not seen a difference in the color of my teeth, but they definitely feel clean and more fresh than other toothpaste I have used. Doesn't give me that burning feeling either.

Clean, fresh breath and whiter teeth!
I've been using Colgate products my whole life and find them to be great quality and always consistent. I've been using this Colgate Total Whitening Paste and love the fresh minty taste that isn't overpowering. It really makes my teeth feel clean and fresh and I do notice a whiter smile.

Kept my mouth feeling & smelling good overnight
Colgate Total leaves a mint fresh flavor in my mouth for a full day. I noticed clean teeth within' a week and this toothpaste also seems to aid in gum problems. Tastes different from other Colgate toothpastes I've had, but not bad. I really enjoyed how this paste gel left my mouth fresh tasting as well as smelling. Usually within 6 hours I can't taste my toothpaste, but when I brush with Colgate Total I can tell my mouth stays fresh from brush to brush and even over night. Not too spicy or minty strong, but not gross tasting either. It has a milf flavor, if that makes sense. Easily lathers which makes a little dab go far.

Quality toothpaste
Overall good toothpaste. Leaves teeth feeling clean and fresh breath. I only noticed a tiny slight whiter teeth, but as I said, it's a good day to day paste
