I wanted to love this. It was easy to apply at first but felt very clumpy and gritty on my teeth. It was hard to get it to apply smoothly. The gel does slightly burn if it touches your gums. It is nice that you can apply and then go to bed. I didn’t notice any whitening of my teeth.

I hated the application process, it was so hard to tell if it was actually coming out of the pen or actually on my teeth. I dont even want to try the whole week because it was such a pain.

I like this Colgate Optic White Overnight Whitening Pen. It’s very effective in making my teeth white overnight. I simply make sure my teeth are dry before applying. Then I apply it and it dries within 3 seconds. The only thing I don’t like is that it hardens on my teeth overnight. But in the morning when I brush my teeth, it comes right off and my teeth look and feel great!

It is so much easier then other whitening products. It does work pretty well but I feel washes or the teeth a little too easily. So it it would adhere better then it would probably be even more effective. But the ease or use simply can't be beat.

I have used the overnight whitening pen for about a week now. I have used it every night and brushed the whitener off in the mornings as directed. My teeth have years of stains and the pen seems to have made a difference. I am definitely going to continue to use so I can get an even brighter smile.

So this product did whiten, but the process was not convenient. It was hard to keep my lips away from my teeth to dry. Also I have a tooth that is darker than the rest due to injury and it did not whiten (even though I put extra gel on that specific tooth) This product would be ok for someone who has extra time to apply and wait for it to dry.
