SPF 50 for sunny days
This sunscreen really does the job. Probably as good as any other sunscreen. The cap is really cool and turns pink in sunlight. It’s suppose to turn pink in any harmful UV Rays. But in Texas, that’s all we really have. I actually prefer the balm stick sunscreen for my kids face because the creams are so much work and take so long to get rubbed in. When you’re working with kids & swimming outside, they have no patience for sunscreen. But if this is all that I had, I would use it.

Great for the lil ones with fair skin
This was a nice product to use. This is not greasy or leave a white film on your skin. My son is very sensitive and fair skinned, he burns very easy. This worked great for him.

Works Great & Absorbs Super Fast!
I LOVE this sunscreen! It works wonderfully to protect my family and myself from getting burned. I used it on all my kids from age 1 to 13 and on my husband and myself and none of us got even slightly burned while out at the pool for 4-6 hours. So it is definitely effective! Aside from working amazingly well I love the soft scent it has; it's not that typical sunscreen smell that almost every other similar product has, but rather it's just a very light fresh scent, which is a huge plus for me because I always dread that overpowering smell especially after a day at the pool when we are all in the hot car on our way home. Another thing I really like about this Blue Lizard Sunscreen is that it goes on smoothly and absorbs quickly into the skin so you don't have that thick visible white layer like most other baby sun protectant products do. So overall I love this sunscreen and would definitely recommend it to everyone!

Five stars all the way!
This was the only sunscreen recommended by my ped for my 4.5 month old baby. Not only did it keep us free of sunburns, it didn’t irritate her skin or eyes in the bath! Will buy again!

Recommend this mineral based sunscreen!
Favorable product. Large size tube that should last us the whole summer. Love that it’s a water resistant, mineral sunscreen. I think the “smart cap technology “ is really neat in which the cap turns pink in harmful uv light. The fact that it’s the #1 pediatrician recommended mineral based sunscreen is also a huge plus!

Amazing product
I am always skeptical when it comes to my little ones sunscreen due to them both having sensitive skin. This product was amazing! Not only did it do the job ot did not irritate their skin at all. I was quite impressed with how long it stayed on when they got in the water. I highly recommend this for sun lovers with littles!

The best for my baby!
It smells good! I like thickness of this sunscreen. It's not too thick or runny. Rubs in good enough to see the coverage when you apply it. I think it awesome that you can see it change colors even in partial shade when you think baby is safe. This is a really good product and I felt confident putting it on my baby knowing it was The No.1 pediatrician recommended and it's a mineral sunscreen! We will definitely be buying!

Love the smart cap!
Blue Lizard is an Australian sunscreen brand I’ve meant to try for ages - surely Australians are serious about sun protection, right? Blue Lizard Sunscreen Baby SPF 50+ comes in a large tube proclaiming it as reef-safe and the No. 1 pediatrician recommended mineral-based sunscreen brand. (Note that I haven’t verified the claims.) The Smart Cap is very cool - it changes from translucent to pink when exposed to UV light. The first time I tested this feature, I didn’t even go outside. Simply holding the tube up to a window (on an overcast day) gave the cap a noticeable pink hue in seconds. It deepened when I took it outside for a few minutes; 30 seconds indoors and it was clear again. Very cool. The formula is unusually emollient and easy to apply. No white cast whatsoever, and rubbing it in took next to no time. I just regret that I didn’t get to test it on a full-sun day. It worked wonderfully on partly cloudy days, though, and I’m confident it’ll hold up to full sun.

Safe for everybody even the ocean!
I was so happy to see this is coral safe. And safe for baby also. I reapplied twice in a 4-5 hour day at the beach and baby was perfect no burn not even a tan. This is a product i actually feel good about using because it’s safe for everybody even the ocean.

Buy it! It’s worth it
I love this sunscreen! It’s thick but not too thick to get on a wiggly 10 month old. The cap is a nice reminder of when to put sunblock on! Also it’s waterproof! Some mineral sunscreen isn’t and we’ve learned that the hard way!

Amazing product

Protect your child's skin
My children always have suffered from sunburns so I always have sunscreen on hand so they can reapply it when necessary. When trying out this particular sunscreen I loved the seasame street character Elmo was on the tube since my son loves Elmo making it easier for me to convince him to put it on. Other than that like most sunscreens I purchase there isn't a strong smell to it and it disappeared after massaging it in a couple of times. I also liked the ingredient list since I am very particular about what I put on my child's skin. Also the price point seems right for the amount you get.
