Better than most
It goes on without transfer of base color to brush. Spreads evenly and doesn’t goop up. It doesn’t make the polish last longer from what I can tell. With or without, base color went about 2~ days before chipping.

Great!
The Ultra Shine Top Coat provides great shine and coating to a finished polished nail. It’s fast drying and doesn’t have to have many coats applied. It is perfect. I recommend buying this product for nails.

Average performance in a clear polish
I found it really strange that there were NO metal mixing balls in this bottle of polish. This makes for a short shelf life for this product. Without being able to stir and keep fluid a nail polish will clump and become worthless, waste of money. But as to performance it made my nails shiny and smooth looking. You sent me a colored polish and with it and the clear coat for at least a few hours it looked nice. Just as soon as I washed my hands a couple of times it was game over though. All of my nails were chipped at the tips. Probably not the one for me but would be more likely to buy the clear over the colored polish. At least you can't see chips as bad with clear.
