It was good but thought it would be bett
I wanted to love this product and I love Barilla pasta but this one wasn't that amazing to me for me to change the ones I usually buy. It was kind of thicker I think.

Barilla - Mezzi Rigatoni
I love it! As soon as I received the packaged and opened it, I was immediately excited to prepare a dish with the product. The best part about the Mezzi Rigatoni is it is made with rich quality Wheat Flour. This is definitely a go to pick for pasta!

It's just pasta
I made a tomato sauce pasta dish with this and it was quite good. The pasta was just as good as what I would've chosen to buy, but I wouldn't choose to buy this instead. I prefer a bit more chew, more texture and this pasta flattens out after you cook is and lays flat. It does hold the sauce well, though. I'd just prefer a penne or a rotini.

Great pasta!
This pasta was a hit in my house! It kept shape after being cooked a bit past al dente. Paired great with Alfredo and the pasta ridges gripped the sauce just right.

Barilla Mezzi Rigatoni
These rigatoni were a fun new shape for me in the pasta world. It tasted great like any other Barilla pasta and was easy to prepare. The way I made it caused the holes to collapse, which wasn't a problem for me, it just made the pasta feel thicker. I'm sure they'd be really fun and cute if you pipe filling in them. I would definitely buy them again.

Amazing Barilla Pasta!!!
The pasta is so big! I’ve never seen any pasta that big! It makes me feel surprised! The pasta has a pale yellow and rough texture. It’s firm and slightly chewing! I really recommend this pasta!

Great taste!
When cooking the time on the box was too long I cut down the time by 4 mins and it was al-dente perfect! I used 2 sauces one red one pesto the red one did not stick as well as the pesto.

Solid choice for pasta!
We did a homemade spinach and cream sauce and it stuck quite well to the bronze cut rigatoni, which is really what you want with this kind of pasta. I'd recommend trying it out, it'll be a cut above (no pun intended) the regular rigatoni. It has good flavor on its own as well, simply coated in butter or olive oil. Only issue I had was the recommended cook time was 3-5 minutes too long for a good al dente, at least for my taste.

Barilla is a great brand and this Al Bronzo pasta is no exception! Easy and quick to cook, versatile, and I especially appreciate that it is vegan-friendly! This Mezzi Rigatoni will be my new go-to!

Yummy Pasta!
We enjoyed our Al Bronzo Barilla Mezzi Rigatoni. It was easy to fix and had a great taste. We put some Alfredo sauce over it. Delicious!

Tasty Barilla Al Bronzino
Outstanding pasta Product. Cooks well and is terrific with marinara and meatballs. I prepare it a few moments more than al dente because it is such a large pasta and I can’t say enough about the quality of the product.

Great pasta!
I love pasta! This pasta was super easy to make and held the sauce great. I added some basil grown in my garden for the finishing touch. It was super filling and we fought over who got to take the leftovers for lunch the next day. Would definitely buy again!

Nice Bite!
I was pleasantly surprised with this pasta. I really enjoyed it. I am happy that there is finally a pasta made in the US that is all durum semolina. I also like that it was enriched. I made Vegan Mac and Cheese with smoky nutritional yeast and pine nuts. It was delicious!
