Glad this option exists, but not my fave

I tried this moisturizer a few times, and there are definitely some pros. As someone with eczema, I love that this is sensitive skin friendly and unscented. I also love that the spf in it is so high (30 is pretty good!) However, there were a couple of things that prevented me from loving this more and replacing my current spf/moisturizer combo with this. The first thing is the texture. As others said, it definitely does feel greasy. I have dry skin, and it even felt greasy on me. Granted, I tried it during the summer, so it might serve me better in the winter. The second issue was that it gives a slight white cast because of the spf. Again, it might not be as noticeable in the winter, but in the summer with a tan, it definitely looked a little off. While this is a good option and I'll probably use it up this winter, it just isnt good enough to replace what i've already been using, especially for the price. But if you don't mind the issues I mentioned, go for it!

Liked this variant

I liked this variant for sensitive skin but I enjoyed the regular version even more. This one has a weird smell; perhaps because of absence of fragrance. It was calming but got little greasy on my combination skin. I would not repurchase it and choose regular (with green cap) over this one.

Lightweight and moisturing

This moisturizer feels very light on my skin and is easy to layer. I wear eyeglasses so the sunscreen tends to get a bit greasy during the hot summer months... but not terrible considering it's supposed to double as a moisturizer.

Gentle and effective sunscreen

Like all of the Aveeno products that I have tried, this sunscreen is moisturizing and gentle on my skin. I like that it is mineral based and therefore reef safe. I did not notice an ashy appearance on my skin after application, which can be a problem with other mineral sunscreens. The sunscreen goes on smoothly and layers well under makeup. It is a great sunscreen for everyday use. The tube is easy to open and dispense the product, although it does not stand upright easily on the counter.

Goes on smooth

I have dry skin and need a moisturizer that can penetrate my dry skin that isn’t greasy. This isn’t greasy and does get absorbed quickly but I need more moisture. Nice product but not if you have dry skin.

Moisturise and protect your face

It's a light and moisturizing mineral sunscreen, that is, it not only protects my skin but also keeps it moisturized. It's indicated for sensitive skin and contains oatmeal, feverfew and is fragance free. It's sunscreen factor is 30 and its packaging is beautiful and minimalist. When I opened the product I noticed that it has some color (I don't remember reading that in the description). When I applied it I didn't have any allergic reaction with the product and I noticed my skin was moisturized, another thing I liked about this product is that it has a matte finish meaning it doesn't leave my face shiny or oily. I wish it had a higher protection factor of +50 so I could also use it on sunnier days but it is a good option for daily use when I go to the office. Something I also noticed is that when I tried to blend the product after a few minutes it became a little patchy (maybe I applied too much product).

No smell!!

I’ve been looking for ages for a sunscreen that didn’t smell. I’ve spent so much money trying different daily sunscreens and they all have that nasty sunscreen smell. This one doesn’t!!! It doesn’t leave a white cast either. It feels light and not greasy on the skin too

Another Decent Product from Averno

I use other products from Aveeno and was happy to try this one out. I live in a desert climate and wear sunscreen every day, all year round. My only issue was a bit of a tacky feeling but other than that I was pleased! I loved the glow it left afterwards as well, and the package was nice.

Stings my eyes

It does its job but it stings my eyes when it drips down. I’ve noticed that by an hour or an hour and a half in, it’s sliding down my face and burning my eyes. Doesn’t work over my makeup so I can’t reapply during the day.

Gentle Hydration with Sun Protection

SPF is a must

I’am and have always been such an Aveeno fan. I’ve used lots of their products over the years and really love them for my occasional skin issues. I’am super picky about my moisturizers and this one reflects that. Pro: has a high SPF for a moisturizer, priced reasonably, fragrance free, trusted brand, and many more. Personal Cons: feels too thick for my face, again I’m picky. Leaves a bit of a sticky feeling even after absorbed, which is an automatic discard. However that being said, I believe in Aveeno products and this is perfect for many people. Personally, I won’t buy it again but would recommend it to someone who isn’t as picky!
