I tried this moisturizer a few times, and there are definitely some pros. As someone with eczema, I love that this is sensitive skin friendly and unscented. I also love that the spf in it is so high (30 is pretty good!) However, there were a couple of things that prevented me from loving this more and replacing my current spf/moisturizer combo with this.
The first thing is the texture. As others said, it definitely does feel greasy. I have dry skin, and it even felt greasy on me. Granted, I tried it during the summer, so it might serve me better in the winter.
The second issue was that it gives a slight white cast because of the spf. Again, it might not be as noticeable in the winter, but in the summer with a tan, it definitely looked a little off.
While this is a good option and I'll probably use it up this winter, it just isnt good enough to replace what i've already been using, especially for the price. But if you don't mind the issues I mentioned, go for it!
I liked this variant for sensitive skin but I enjoyed the regular version even more. This one has a weird smell; perhaps because of absence of fragrance. It was calming but got little greasy on my combination skin. I would not repurchase it and choose regular (with green cap) over this one.
This moisturizer feels very light on my skin and is easy to layer. I wear eyeglasses so the sunscreen tends to get a bit greasy during the hot summer months... but not terrible considering it's supposed to double as a moisturizer.
Like all of the Aveeno products that I have tried, this sunscreen is moisturizing and gentle on my skin. I like that it is mineral based and therefore reef safe. I did not notice an ashy appearance on my skin after application, which can be a problem with other mineral sunscreens. The sunscreen goes on smoothly and layers well under makeup. It is a great sunscreen for everyday use. The tube is easy to open and dispense the product, although it does not stand upright easily on the counter.

Skin is at ease
I have had keratosis pilarisis(also known as chicken skin or strawberry legs), which is itchy, dry skin with extra keratin oil production that traps bunch and essentially needs care with a good moisturizer(that isn't oil and dried within an hour like you never applied any) to avoid a flare of red bumps/ingrowns. My skin feels hydrated layers beneath the surface without an oily feel, doesn't increase natural productivity of one skin, eases the redness within 20mins and isn't hard on a single mom's pocket to afford either.
I really like this moisturizer. it is light weight and fresh feeling. I wish the smell was a little different. It isn't my favorite but it is still a great product.
This is so good for my skin. I love Aveeno in general and this is a great product for my skin when it gets extra irritated in the winter. I also love that it is fragrance free!
I love Aveeno lotion and this one has sunscreen built in which is great in the summer. I live in the desert and this lotion is nice and moisturizing but may be too greasy if you live someplace humid.
Aveeno Calm & Restore Daily Moisturizer SPF 30 is my skin's daily retreat to tranquility. It's not just sun protection; it's a skincare sanctuary. The SPF 30 shield defends like a guardian angel, while the calming oat and feverfew concoction soothes my skin's rebellious tendencies.
This isn't just a moisturizer; it's a hydrating haven. The lightweight formula dances on my skin, absorbing like a whisper, leaving no greasy residue. It's a seamless addition to my morning routine, offering a spa-like escape with every application.
The fragrance-free serenity caters to sensitive souls like mine. Aveeno, you've bottled serenity, and my skin drinks it in daily. It's not just skincare; it's a ritual of restoration and a shield against the world
I like how this sunscreen/moisturizer feels, and it seems like it would be a great daily facial moisturizer with SPF. My main complaint is that even when I give a wide area around my eyes that doesn't get this applied, by the end of the day (and especially on hot days/if i sweat at all), my eyes were burning- presumably from some of this sunscreen/moisturizer getting into my eyes. This causes serious issues, as I have to go wash my face off or I can't see without my eyes constantly watering! Bummer, since I really do like how this feels/looks/works on the rest of my face.

Not great for oily skin
While I am typically a fan of anything I have tried by Aveeno, this one was a rare miss. First off, I found it to be greasy & very hard for my skin to absorb. Of course, some of that can be caused by the sunscreen, but my current daily moisturizer has spf but does not have any issue absorbing. Therefore, I know I won't be repurchasing & very much doubt I would recommend it to anyone.
I liked it but will not buy again I think there's better out there I usually like avena products because they aren't harsh on skin

Light moisturizer
Spf 30 is the minimum amount you need to protect your skin from UV rays. While I do prefer at least SPF50 this is much more lightweight than most higher spf products. This laid well underneath my makeup. I have combination skin and this didn’t cause my skin to become more oily either. It offers a good amount of hydration as well.

Good Moisture with SPF30
I need to moisturize and apply SPF regularly on my skin as I can easily get sunburn. During summer, I used this Moisturizer almost daily on my body (legs & arms). As I have combination skin- after trying it on my face the first time I noticed it was greasy. It worked great for my arms & legs. The packaging is handy and great for on-the-go!
