Wasn't Impressed
Honestly, I'm not sure what this cream was SUPPOSED to do but it did absolutely nothing for me. If anything, my skin got worse. I applied it a couple times a day to the trouble areas on my face and my acne only seemed to get worse. I did like the texture and smell of the cream but it didn't help my skin at all. I was very disappointed

Pretty good
If you can get past the sulfur smell and only put it on at night then it's actually a decent product. Needs to be used alone as mixing another moisturizer or anything like that will cause it to clump up. It does help with redness pretty fast as well as reduce inflammation. I just had two breakouts on my shoulder and put some on it and it looked so much better within 5 minutes. I don't suffer from acne but I do have the random breakouts and I will be using this in the future for it. I just really wish it smelled more pleasant. I would've gave it 5 stars if it smelled better.

Good
My teenage daughter and I both used the product. We both break out more around our monthly and it seemed to work while using it. The negative was the scent. I personally would prefer it to not have a scent at all. My daughter did not mind though. She has trouble keeping her skin clear and while using the product her skin started to clear up.

Amazing results
This pimple cream works perfectly. I'm very impressed with the results. I noticed results within the same day. My pimple was les red by the next day it was gone. My teenage also loves this cream. My skin looks alot better since using this. I definitely recommend.

Let down
This product did not work on my type of acne, I tend to suffer from some cystic acne and whiteheads. In comparison to other over the counter products I was not impressed. However I would recommend others try it if they have different acne as we all know some things work great for others

Good effective piple cream
This creamy pimple cream is moisturizing yet effective in treating the occasional pile. I used it as spot treatment on my face. Within a couple of days the pimple that was appearing was gone. It was fast and effective without the drying effect you get from a lit of pimple creams.

Excellent Product
i received my sample of Anna Guanche MD® THE Pimple Cream about a week ago and i can already see the difference in my acne breakouts. I would highly recommend Anna Guanche MD® THE Pimple Cream for a go to acne cream. It reduced the amount of breakouts i had and cleared up the acne i had. Great product with fast results.

Works Great
My daughter absolutely loves this stuff. She has a few problem areas especially around her forhead where her bangs lie and where her glasses touch. She has been using this for a few nights and has seen some improvment so far. She is going to continue using hoping all the spots go away for good.
