Convenient!
These are amazing! They last all night and half the day. They are so much more convenient than a heating pad. I mean you can take it with you and wear it all day they are so discreet. I have been using these for years. Great product highly recommend trying!

Didn't work well
These didn't work well for me. Seems like they didn't heat up very much so I didn't feel any relief. I thought maybe it was a dud but all 4 felt the same. I wouldn't buy again.

Ok heat source
I used this, easy for on the go and on trips. The heat isn’t going to burn you and you don’t have to worry about unplugging or turning it off. Will not get hot enough to burn you. Easy to sleep with also.

Absolutely worth the money
This helps me a lot but it especially helps my sister because her period cramps get so bad to the point of vomiting. I feel like this helps ease the cramps a lot and take away a lot of straining and kinda prevents the vomiting. Of course it wont take away all the cramps but this and some pain medication really goes a long way, especially on the first day which is usually the worst day.

One of the best
I’ve used several different brands of this item and this one is my favorite. It actually works and stays on my skin. My daughter is also a fan.. she has really bad cramps and I started buying her some too

Works a bit
I was satisfied with how this product worked. It heated up very quickly and once applied, it gave me a bit of ease. Even after taking it off after some hours, it was was still warm. It was definitely not a waste of time using this product and I would certainly recommend it.

ThermaCare Menstrual Heat wrap
I worked great the first for few hours but after that you could feel it cooling off. It does work but not for the full 8 hours. It help with the cramps and was able to sleep at night. I would buy again.

Amazing during that time!
10/10 recommend these heating pads. get warm and stay warm, love the convenient individual packaging. I keep some at work, in glove box and in my purse. Love the durability of the sticky side, i dont have to worry that itll fall off completely when using the restroom.

Relief throughout the day
I absolutely love these ThermaCare menstrual heat wraps. I suffer from very bad cramps which oftentimes even meds won't help. The only relief I can find on those occasions is a heating pad. Obviously, this only works when I'm at home, or turning on the heated seat in my car! These heat wraps have made it possible to get the same heat relief on the go! They have made my periods much more doable. I hope they never stop making them!

Amazing
Therma care is an amazing product it works well with relieving my period pain and helps me sleep or go about my day. The only this is that it can burn your skin if it’s sensitive to heat but overall it’s a great product.

pretty good
this patch is pretty good for mild cramps. it helped a little with my severe cramps but it didnt make it completely go away. but with advil and a heat pad, i had no cramps. i would recommend this for mild cramps and back pain

Works great for really bad cramps
Sometimes my cramps get sooo bad I can barely move, even laying down hurts and this helps sooo much. I leave it on basically all day and switch it out once daily. 10000% you should give this a try! You’ll be shocked at how much it really helps.
