Comfort for cramps
I use these when I am having cramps and they help to relax some of the pain related to that. The l/xl size are great for my lower belly area. My only gripe is that they are a bit wasteful, and there's only a few in a package which makes them a little expensive to use regularly.

Helps back pain and menstrual pain
I used this around my front instead since the size worked better for my body. It did wonders for my menstrual pain. My husband has also used them for back pain and it was very useful.

Relieves Pain
These are great for minor aches or pains. I always try to keep some of these or a generic version handy. These ones work the best out of any brand or generic I've tried though. I like that they cone in different sizes for different areas. They don't get super hot or burn you and they do last a good amount of time. They're great to help alleviate minor pains and aches to help you feel comfortable and relax.

LASTING HEAT RELIEF
My back hasn't been the same after kids so I like to use these to help relieve pain. They last long and are easy to dispose of afterwards. It takes awhile to activate and get warm but is worth it for the pain. My lower back feels better after using them.

Really bad back pains
These have helped me thru some really bad back pains. It's a really good brand of back relief and me and my family will always go to this if we ever run out. I like the immediate relief it gives.

HEAVENLY HEAT
I have had chronic back pain for decades. And I have tried many different products to help relieve the pain. This has been my favorite since the first time I used it! I love it the most for many reasons. First is that it's discreet. You just open the pack...apply it where the pain is located...and velcro it. I will continue to use this as long as they continue to make it.

Big enough to cover my lower back
I really like the large size and the fact that it covers my lower back. It helps to relieve pain and the heat sinks deep into the muscles well worth the money. I definitely recommend

Works well
I use these for back pain and they do a pretty good job. They work well for an over-the-counter product.

Relief
This patch works so well at relieving back pain. I sometimes come home with back pain from moving shipment. After I shower I apply the patch. When I wake up in the morning I am refreshed.

Very good pain relief. These are affordable and available everywhere . I used them when I got off work as a waitress amd wore it all night and felt so much better

Best back patches ever
These ThermaCare heat wraps are the best after a long, hard day of work. My husband works hard doing paving and his back hurts. After work he comes home and puts on the wrap while relaxing and he feels so much better. You just have to make sure you’re sitting down relaxing while wearing it otherwise it doesn’t work as well when you’re walking around doing things. He’s used a lot of different things and these are the best!

Put it on and Feel the Heat
ThermaCare has been with me since an accident with my back. I can put it on and wear it most the day. The absorbing heat soothes my back ache so I can go about the day. ThermaCare is in my car and home!

Good!
This product is really good. I used to suffer from back ache and this thermacare help me so so much. It make me feel much better and relieve my pain. I talked to my husband about it and my mom and my dad and they are using it too cuz it is great and when you use it you have results it's very effective. I recommend it. They also have for menstrual pain and for the neck and much more.
