Not a donut flavor
The taste is okay. I mix this into my cold brew in the morning, it doesn’t mix great but mostly mixes with a few clumps. I would not consider the flavor to be anything is the realm of a doughnut, but it’s not a bad flavor.

Works great and helps muscles
My dad has cancer and during his chemo treatments he needs to maintain what muscle he has and we give him to protein shakes a day to give him extra protein to not only help with his muscle mass but to also help maintain his weight . Those with lymphoma cancers will lose lots of weight so this is one way we help my dad keep weight on.

It's okay
It's in line with other average protein powders. Not cheap tasting, but a bit too sweet for my liking. If you don't mind a lot of sweet, you will like it.
