Very Convenient
Bought this for myself and my husband for our chronic pain that mainly presents in our lower back and shoulders. For the price point, it is a great deal. I love not having to be wired to the machine and being able to control the device from my phone.

Feels great
I love it, It really helps relieve my back pain. I told my sister about it and she has purchased one herself. I tell everyone about it because it really does help. Worth every penny spent!!!

Not as strong pulsing as I needed
I had a Walgreens battery operated unit that I could only turn up halfway because the pulse was so strong. I’d still have it except they discontinued it and I don’t have any more pads. This FitRx unit I have to turn all the way up and it’s barely noticeable. Maybe I’m doing something wrong. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Charging indicator doesn't work
First of all, there is no one to call and we have to resort to this sort of thing. Lastly, the unit flashes red when first plugged in and then no light. Is it fully charged or not.

Scam. Piece of shit waste of money and time
It does nothing but blink. I've charged it and it does nothing but blink. I've tried all the pads and all it does is blink. I've used it with and with out the app and all it does is Blink. I've put a multi meter to it to check voltage and charge and it doesn't read any out put from the device at all. It's a complete scame and a waste of your hard earned money. All the reviews that say it works perfect are obviously fake. Because it doesn't work. It just blinks. I bought 4 too see if any of the do anything and the doe nothing but blink. And support doesn't even answer the phone accept to hangup before they answer. Save yourself time and money don't buy this thing it isn't worth it.

Excellent
I received this product as a tester and it worked great. I used it on my back and it took the aches and pain I had been feeling all week away. I like that I can use it on my own and don't another to assist.

LOVE IT!!
I was very skeptical when I received this product in the mail net I’ve tried numerous units before and they just didn’t seem to satisfy my needs. HOWEVER once I tried this one I was pleasantly surprised and I love that it comes with a app for your phone. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Better than tens machine
The pads are better than the tens machine that was given to me by the doctor for muscle pains. The area that it helps is nice sized to reach the whole area. I felt comfortable during use.

Put Power to the Hurt
This little unit puts power to your hurt. Just think, no more hurt while you are hooked up to the machine and many times no hurt after the machine is turned off. I recomend this product.
