Easy to use and quick results
The product was very easy to use and had easy to follow instructions. I received my results within a few days. The process was also painless for me which was surprising.

Long winded
Overall its easy to use if you follow all the instructions. It does appear someone took great effort to make it simple but compared to PCR test its quite long winded. I was not prepared for the time it took either was expecting it to be a quick 5min max but on 2 occasions you have to wait 4mins which prolonged it all. The biggest positive is that it didn't hurt I was bracing myself for a feeling of pain that never came. The bruise it left on my arm is still here over a week later which I did not expect. The test result came positive and advised that if you had the vaccine that could be the case which was annoying because it scared me at first but knowing that any vaccinated person would come back positive also took away from the test. The sample must be collected on the same day which turned out to be quite the task with working same during postal hours.

Easy and fast to use
I loved the fact that it is a painless test and you are able to know your antibody’s status in just a couple of days. Very interesting and fast. Highly recommended.

Lots of antibodies!
Overall this product was easy to use. I had to apply quite a lot of pressure to make the device click, and left me with a little circle on my arm that is still healing, but was pretty painless and quick. The instructions were simple and straightforward, making it easy to follow and complete the test. The results came back fast to reveal I am full of antibodies!

The test was purchased online with ease and arrived quickly with updates throughout. The kit looked very professional with clear instructions on how to use it to take the blood sample required. Test has to be done on the day of sending. Packed the sample as instructed and sent off. I was awaiting an email update with results but this did not come and I was surprised to login to find the results had been available for days. This was a disappointment as they had been so good with email updates prior. I understand data protection with info on emails but just one saying to login to get your results would be a great addition. Overall I was happy with the testing kit and it was good to know my antibody protection.

Antibody test
The equipment provided, and the instructions given on how to use it, are very comprehensive, right down to the sticky plaster!! The test, however, is nigh on impossible to do on your own as you have to collect an exact amount of blood before removing the device from your arm, which is difficult because it's stuck to it. Sending the kit back was easy enough, and the results came through very quickly.

Painless and easy to use
As taking the sample is supposed to be painless, I was looking forward to see how that could be true, as you do pierce your skin with needles after all. I was surprised to see that it actually was completely painless - you attach the device to your arm, push it down and the blood starts flowing into the tube quite quickly. At first I thought it did not work because I felt literally nothing, which was great. The kit itself is very easy to understand, everything that it contains is clearly labelled and there is a leaflet with illustrations that describes the whole process. You have to register the kit before you take your sample, and in the process, are provided with a video that outlines how it works again, so there is a lot of visual help. I received the result after a few days and was happy to see that I still had a great number of antibodies after my previous infection. Doing an antibody test can really help you make more informed decisions about your own health and social contacts.

COVID TEST
Received test about a week ago. Daunting when you first open it, but after reading it a few times, it seemed quite easy. I followed the instructions carefully and finished the test in a matter of minutes. Packaged it all up and went to post office to hand it in. Now for the bad matter, I received an email this morning, stating they were unable to to process the blood sample. No explaining the reason, just to tell me I could order a new one or get a refund.

Good idea for testing
The idea of taking blood sample that way is great. But definitely needs to be improved. I had a problem with the heat pack, as it didn't go warm at all - maybe I just had a faulty one, but it is not that important, but it's nice to have a kit that provides everything. It also got plaster, and great instruction to say what to do when. It's kinda easy to use and it doesn't hurt as much as the ones to have a sample from finger or when nurse is doing it. Simple and quick - that's really great. Unfortunately the device could be designed better, as having it attached to the outside of the arm makes it bit hard to press. But overall it's the best what I used for blood sample.

Simple & speedy
In all honesty I was a little bit anxious about using it, worried that I would make some minor mistake that would screw the results up somehow. Or that no blood would come out of me (as often happens when nurses take blood samples from me). But it couldn't have been a simpler process. From start to finish, from warming my arm to receiving the results email, not a hint of a problem. No need for a timer as, after a quick 10 second delay, the blood just poured out faster than public money into a Tory Party donor's business account. If anything I was concerned that I wouldn't get the thing off my arm before the collection vial was overflowing. If I have any criticism it's that I don't really understand what the result means, other than the rather vague 'you have antibodies'. What does 56 U/mL really mean? Is this residual from my 2nd vaccination last May? Or did I contract asymptomatic covid and have antibodies from that? Do I have a level of 'natural defence' to covid?

Super easy and painless
Collecting blood was very easy and painless. Instruction explained how to collect blood step by step and everything was prepared, including prepaid envelope . I can assure fro m my experience that blood collection was easy and if you have any doubts, check the video which shows how it looks like.

Peace of Mind, time to live again
It was fantastic having the chance to take the test. Having had Covid and being extremely ill, and still quite unwell, being given the chance to investigate my antibody situation was a great opportunity for my well being and mental state.
