It's okay
I'm still not sure of the role of this curl refresher foam, despite it claiming to be 7-in-1. The positives; it is lightweight (forms a slight but easily scrunchable cast), it's not sticky and has a neutral and very light (if at all) scent. The negatives; the instructions suggest that the foam can be used 'to purify hair and scalp' as I was heading towards wash day I gave this a go but it just made my hair look greasy when I would usually get another 2-3 days without the foam. The curls were okay but frizzy from the recommendation to damp hair before use. I didn't follow the suggestion to 'brush through if needed' as this would have resulted in chaos, though I may have to try this closer to the next wash day and wet rather than damp my hair (though I usually feel at this point a full wash is easier) Finally, the foam is dispensed a little aggressively at first, it's cold and crackles on the hand but then continues smoothly. This happened on each use.

I was whelmed
I was not overwhelmed with the Wella curl refresher. Firstly, it smells nice, and it doesn't make the hair sticky. But I have super thick hair and the recommended amount of product was no where near enough to cope with that. I have the sorta curls that when brushed out makes me look like Hermione Granger in Harry Potter 1. I will be fair and say at the moment my hair is a touch frizzy and needs extra tlc after several hair dyes with foils in a row. But...I just didn't feel like this made my curls much better than before. I brushed my hair the night before the test. In the morning I had meh curls not ringlets. I tried the product on one half, and it didn't look too much different. So I wet the other half as it suggested I could use on damp/towel dried hair. Honestly, I just didn't see too much if a difference. I will again stipulate I have ALOT of hair. So maybe this product just doesn't have enough hold for my hair? It did brush out OK and didn't make my hair feel gross or crispy.

An easy refresh
I went into using this with a very open and mind and to be honest I'm very impressed, this saved me a lot of time and leave my hair smelling and looking fresh! Did not leave my hair frizzy like other products and I look forward to seeing in the shops and buying more.

Really refreshed my hair!
This foam worked really well on my hair - taming the frizz without leaving it sticky. I really liked the smell too as it wasn't too overpowering. I would prefer it if it has slightly more hold though.

7in1 Curl Refresher Foam
I wasn't blown away by this. I used it on my hair dry after wash day to revive my curls, and was disappointed when it didn't really do anything, exceptmake them a little crispy (2008 vibes). I tried it on another occassion with damp hair (as the instructions also say you can) and it didn't do much either. Using it with damp hair doesn't make much sense to me, as I can just use water to make my hair damp and revive my curls without product. Not impressed and wouldn't use again

Beautiful product
Wow, I absolutely love this curl refresher foam. So easy to apply and smells beautiful. It leaves my curly hair defined with less frizz and leaves a lovely glossy finish

Smoother Hair
So impressed by this product. It really defined my normally frizzy curls and made them so soft and moisturised. No residue and a little goes a long way. Great product, even my husband loved it for his hair!

Bit of a treat for curly hair
I think the curl refresher foam is really nice, it smells really lovely! I used on both dry and wet hair and was impressed with both. On dry hair, it helped give my waves a bit more definition which was very welcome. And on wet hair, it helped define the curls and lock them in too - held well all day. The foam was a nice texture and it didn’t weigh my hair down either. Although the pump was quite powerful so it did dispense quite a lot at one time

Hair foam
I have fine hair so only a little product is needed. It is a compact texture and the smell is not overpowering. My hair likes protein so is a bonus and leave them with nice and tight ringlets

Just ok
Ok, I’m a curly girl and ive not used the Wella curly range before. Firstly the packaging is not exactly exciting. I guess this is a professional range but it’s a bit bland to the eye. The smell is also pretty unexciting. True I don’t want it overloaded with perfume but it’s a point to make. Ok the actual product itself wasn’t too bad. My hair drank it up which is good that the main ingredient is water. Curls love water. I have better products and I’ve tried worse. Would I buy it , no. Would I use it if I ran out of my fave products, yes.
