Tasty
These meals taste delicious, but they are a little pricey for what they are. Great quick easy meal if you need protein but for anyone watching there calorie intake some of these meals are pretty high in calories.

Would recommend. The ingredients are clear and back to basics. The protein level is fab and this is a main focus of mine at the moment. Little dear but for the taste it’s worth it especially compared to how poor some ready meals are constructed

Tasty tasty
Perfection if you are on a calorie balance diet, they confirm everything in the meal in terms of protein and carbs. They are so tasty as well, they do various meals.

I’ve recently tried The Gym Kitchen Chicken Arrabbiata Linguine, and it has quickly become one of my favorite ready meals. Great well balanced meal
I bought this from Tesco as I am trying to follow a balanced calorie controlled diet. It was so tasty and filling and I will definitely buy it again.
