Great suction
Vacuum has good suction and works well between different floor types. It automatically senses the difference between floors and changes suction etc. The bendy arm is a good function too. The buttons to change heads etc and take off parts are easy to use. My only gripe is the battery life, personally I don’t think it lasts the 45mins. Other than that it’s a great product.

What a beast!
The Tefal X-Force 12.60 Car Tefal X-Force 12.60 Car came packaged very well, with each accessory coming bagged individually showing great quality, the extra filter is so handy along with the other attachments, the upholstery one was great! The power of the X-Force is immense! Yes it does drain the battery more but so does everything and this is turbo charged! It collects really well and glides along easily. The Auto setting is incredibly clever and makes the transition from tile to carpet easily. The folding element is a wonder! Being able to access areas under the bed which are normally unreachable unless the bed is moved is a very useful function! The antiwrap rollers are brilliant and even defy my long hair getting tangled uo in! It is easy to empty and easy to remove the battery to charge. The easy to read screens are brilliant - it is great being able to keep track of the battery life! The headlights are very helpful to see darker areas and highlighting dirt / dog hair!

A very flexible hoover!
This was a good hoover and the flex on it was very good for getting underneath items. The accessories were brilliant for use on the car especially the seats and getting into all the corners and creases. I also loved the sofa application and the suction on it was very good. The two main faults were the battery life as it needs charging frequently sometimes before i had finished and also the amount of rubbish that it will hold as the max line is very small so this needs emptying frequently again before i had finished which is a shame as the suction and flex on it is brilliant. It is very lightweight and easy to use and even my little boy who loves hoovers enjoyed using it with ease!!

Brilliant all round vacuum cleaner
I love this product, it is slick and light, has great suction power and good battery power. I like the way the suction changes from normal to turbo depending on the floor it is on and it is easy to switch to the handheld device too, which comes with everything you need.

Great Suction, Not Great On Battery Life
The vacuum itself looks great, very stylish and sleek. It came with a wall bracket that held the vacuum and the parts nicely on the wall. Suction was fantastic, I have a dog, a very fluffy dog, and it managed to pick up all the hair really well. The turbo option was great for mud that had been trod into the carpet. The compartment that holds the dust however is very small. For a full house vacuum (4 times a week) I would need to empty it 3 times. Battery life... This was quite disheartening, a full battery would not do a 3 bedroom house. It would do half the house before it needed to go on charge again. Using the turbo option and the fact it detects when to be more powerful means it uses a lot more energy. Overall, I would recommend this product. The flexibility of the unit is great for under coffee tables etc, the small pet hair attachment is also very good.

Brilliant hoover
So I've been reviewing this for 2 weeks and I've used it e eryday. Now when I say I have 3 kids 3 dogs and a horse the mess and hair is really. However I would 100% recommended this hover does the job fantastic carnt fault it on power and durability. Now the downsides if I was to buy this hoover I would have to buy the upgraded package as ot says 45 mins battery life it's never last me a full 45 mins max is about 30 mins on a full house clean. It's also abit top heavy to stand on its own it has to be rested up against something or on the ground which is a pain. However with that being said I would recommend this to my friends and family and if I was to buy it would be with the upgraded package

Amazing product best hoover I have had
We're thrilled with our new hoover, and it's working really well in our house with wooden floors and a long-haired pet. Despite not receiving the model with the pet hair tool, it still has strong suction to pick up hair. However, emptying the dust box is a bit of a hassle, and the weight with the long tube is too heavy for single-arm use, becoming tiring after 10 minutes. I do appreciate the flexible tube, though, as it makes cleaning under the sofa and bed much easier. The battery design is also convenient, as we only need to charge the tiny battery instead of the whole machine.

Heavy and big!
I found it to be very heavy for a stick vacuum cleaner. The main body is very large. The auto floor changer was no use either as we have carpets and you have to change suction manually. Great if you want something that looks like it’s out of Star Trek though!

I wouldn’t personally pick a red hoover, unsure is there are other colours available but as the hoover is on the wall and mostly on display, I just wouldn’t pick the colour however that is personal preference I love the storage for the attachments, it means you don’t loose the heads and they are all mounted in the same place for easy access. I love the auto switch from carpet to hard flooring however if you hoover over something it is very sensitive so will automatically switch settings. It felt quite cheap putting it together (the internal compartments) I love the built in brushes at the various joins. It makes it easy for corners or places the hoover cannot reach and it it means you don’t have to keep changing the heads. Handheld is light so easy to use and doesn’t feeel like such a chore to do the hoovering. It says 45 minutes battery life but I would say it lasts slightly longer but this may reduce over time

Great suction but needs some tweaks
I was really impressed on how the vacuum was packaged, and it was easy to put together and use. I love that it comes with a spare filter so I can keep using it whilst one is drying. The dust container is easy to open and empty, although dust does get caught in a small part in the top of the filter holder and falls out as it is opened. The suction is great, and I can’t believe how much dust it is pulling out of my carpet. It also works well on hard floors and the large brush roller gets very little hair wrapped around it, which is great. I used it in the car and the attachments all worked well. The flex gimmick is handy to get under furniture. However, the main issue I have is the battery. I understand that it doesn’t last so long in the auto setting as it often kicks into the strongest mode, but it is very annoying having to remove the battery each time to charge it. It is hard to slide back in and means I can’t just pick it up and go if I need to quickly use it.

Amazing hoover!
Absolutely love this hoover, compared to the one I was using it is 10x better! The suction power on this is really good especially with being able to have it on auto to change depending on which floor you are hoovering or you can do it manually. It has picked up so much more fluff/ dirt/ cat hair than my old hoover. It also has many different nozzles to change depending on what you need to use it for, the main one is really good for general hoovering and the pet one is great for making sure the carpets are cleaner and the hair is gone! I love the sofa nozzle as it’s so handy and also love that it is bendy so hoovering under the sofa is so much easier as I don’t have to bend down. Would highly recommend this product!

I loved this hoover, my favourite bit of this hoover is when you put it on auto. It recognises hard floor and carpet straight away. The sofa brush is brilliant too. Im a cleaner and recommended this hoover to my clients , my friends and family.

Excellent cordless hoover
I already had a cordless hoover so was eager to try this one, very easy to set up and use, glides between carpet and hard floor and very good suction, excellent battery life, I haven't used it for the car or stairs yet but with all the different attachments I reckon it will be a doddle

Amazing hoover!
Wow what a great upgrade from my old hoover! It has great suction by picking up things my old hoover couldn’t! It changes automatically on various floor types which is great! The bend in the hoover was a great positive as it could reach right under my sofa.

Extremely good product
This product is extremely well made. The suction is very good and have had no trouble picking bits up. Battery life is excellent, can get into any little spaces to get unneeded dust
