Would use again
Nice tan with a nice scent when first applied, once tan has been washed off it also doesn’t have the usual fake tan smell that the majority come with, I couldn’t really smell any thing. First tan I’ve found that also hasn’t stained my bedding which is a bonus. When I used this I left over night and rinsed off in the morning expecting a deep dark tan, it still gave me a nice light olive colour but expected an ultra dark tan so you may need more than 1 layer depending on the desired look. Overall, would use again and don’t be alarmed when dusty applied and it’s super dark, once rinsed off it would be sutible for most skin shades.

Love this product! I was worried that it might be too dark, but absolutely loved it when washed off! I left it on for the 8 hours rather than the express 1 hour (which is also a great option to have when you are in a rush!), and it was a lovely colour, not streaky and no orange hands! Would DEFINITELY buy this again and will be using over the festive period for that holiday glow.

Absolutely love this stuff!
I’m a user of st tropez anyway so when I saw this product I was so excited to try it! It’s so good! Much better than the old one I was using. It goes on evenly and develops into a gorgeous colour and fades evenly too. A new favourite for sure!

Good product - dark tan
I really liked the product, application was smooth and developed into a dark olive tan. I have normal/pale skin but love a dark tan. Used the mitt provided and as always a great application with this.

St Tropez do it again!
Game changing tan, the violet helps to counteract any green looking tan. Goes on like a dream and non drying on the skin. As someone fairly pale this is a gorgeous olive brown colour!

A nice tan
Really nice tan which gives you a good colour easy to apply gives you a nice bronze look, so you have more than natural deep or olive tan rather than orange. It also has a nice smell to it unlike other tans

Best fake tan EVER
Absolutely amazing. Smelt great and better than normal fake tan. Went on like a dream especially with the mitt. It wasn't patchy and loads of people have asked wat tan I had used because it looked so natural and even.

Amazing tan!!

Easy to use and streak free
I've tried others but St Tropez products are always the nicest to use . Lovely deep tan that can be controlled in depth , no streaking. Very little goes a long way if you use the mitt as well, which put together seem expensive, but worth it. Quite a strong smell when applying. But I have found it great for using before a night out. Would definitely buy in future

Just the right shade
The first thing noticed was the smell. Not like many tanning mousses, there was a really pleasant aroma. Subtle but not over powering smell. Then the application, coupled with the mitt provided is was an easy application over the whole buddy and took less than ten minutes. There was very little in the way of dark patches or streaks like there often can be, which is impressive with the depth of colour. The colour was on point for me. I prefer a darker richer colour and this was a lovely dark olive colour that looked very natural. Eight hours was the suggested time to leave it on, which was followed and only really left against stain on clothes, again impressive when the colour is so dark. Quick shower and I was left with a lovely all over tan which looked natural and a rich dark olive colour. Very little in the way of streaks, a few marks round the fingers and toes but that’s to be expected. The colour lasted very well and faded over time rather than patchy! An excellent product!

A very good tan
This is a very good tan. First of all, the formula dries incredibly quickly, so you need to work fast and rub it in a lot, but the streak-free finish is well worth the effort. There is a slight fake tan smell, but that's just how these products work - there's far less of that fake tan smell in this one than in other similar products. As for the actual colour, I wouldn't say it's all that dark with one coat - I'd recommend applying two for a truly ultra dark tan. What it is, however, is definitely NOT orange. Not a hint of orange at all, in fact the mousse itself looks quite ashen at first, and the tan has an overall cool, olivey tone. I like it a lot, as it looks more natural than a warmer, red-based tan. It lasts for a solid 5 days before it starts to fade, and it does so very evenly, and any remnants are easily exfoliated away the night before I reapply. It is a very good tan - perhaps a little on the expensive side, but in my view, worth it, especially for special occasions.

Deep and natural looking tan
Product came with tanning mit for ease of application, product itself smells really nice! However on application I felt it tried in really quickly so was harder to smooth out and get rid of streaks, however once this was done it tried quickly. I left on overnight and washed off the following morning, and the result was amazing!! I found that it didn’t streak at all after applying and washing off. Tan lasts for a great amount of time and would definitely be buying this product in the future as I currently use sunbeds but self tanning gives a darker and quicker result.

Holiday in a bottle
My partner tried out this product and overall was pleased with the end result. Firstly, it was simple to apply and left no streaks or patchy marks as experienced with other products and the final colour once dried was exactly what was expected. It also smelt better than other tanning products and didn’t leave a strong, lingering smell once applied.

Love this self tan
It goes on so dark that you can see any streaks or patches. It dries down quickly. I leave it on for about 4 hours before washing off and come out with a beautiful even, natural looking tan! Love it!

Smells amazing, gorgeous tan
I was very pleasantly surprised by this tan as I wasn't too sure what to initially expect given it was 'Ultra Dark Violet' (I was worried there'd be too much purple undertone!). But this created the perfect 'non-orange' base. I loved the colour. The tan was quite difficult to rub into my skin at times, but it meant that there were no streaks once I had finished applying. It dries down SO quickly! And there were no tan marks in my bed after sleeping at night. Also, the smell is divine, a lot better than other tans on the market.
