Beautiful, long-lasting smell.
This body bitter has a rich formula which seems to moisturise straight away on initial application. It dries very quickly and you need quite a lot to feel it. It leaves the slightest tackle on the skin - nothing uncomfortable or unbearable but just something to have in mind depending what you like. I personally prefer when balsams leave you’re skin quenched- this is not one of them as it’s rather dry finish but did enjoy it. The oud smell is mesmerising and long lasting - get like wearing subtle perfume on my entire body! The only downside, I would say, we’re organ oil pearls inside the body butter that don’t dissolve. I was hoping they would leave dots on my skin but they did.

Average smell
This product is average smelling and the pearls are a glittery ball that's hard to rub into skin. Once rubbed in it does give a nice sheen to the skin but I found remnants of the pearl on my arm. The smell is average and nothing special. It does leave skin feeling moisturised but I wouldn't say it stands out over any moisturiser.

Works as a thick moisturiser
It smells amazing and works well as a thick moisturiser, however the pearls don't melt properly/easily/fast enough so you have to rub them in a lot at the end of application. Not a problem, just a faff

Fragrance... wow!
When this arrived I was so excited. The packaging colours are so enticing. I opened the pot and the fragrance hit me. Its honestly one of the nicest things iv come across. I couldnt wait to give it a go and I wasn't disappointed. The pearls do as it says, they melt into your skin leaving it lovely and soft. My mum was lucky enough to try the shower oil and I gave her some try and she purchased some for herself there and then. Leaves skin smooth and soft and the fragrance lingers all day! Will buy again and again and again

Lovely smell, but not a fan
The butter itself is luxurious, rich and smells divine. However the so called “melting pearls” do not melt as described. Once you have eventually broken them down (after extensive rubbing), leave a weird gold residue on your skin. Such a shame as The Sanctuary really could have done without the “pearls” and it would have been a beautiful body butter.

Gorgeous body butter
I love this body butter, I used this all over and it’s heavenly and the smell is gorgeous. I was really impressed with this body butter, my skin felt deeply hydrated and it feels luxurious when applying.

Lovely smell and luxurious texture
I really like the smell of this product. The texture is thick and creamy which feels luxurious. The only downside is the pearls - they do not easily rub into the skin so you are left with random blobs.

Luxurious body butter
I took this away on holiday with me and it saved my skin! 2 weeks of being either in the pool, in the sea or just in the sun and thanks to Sanctuary Spa’s Ruby Oud Natural Oils Melting Pearl Body Butter my skin stayed in beautiful condition. As you'd expect from Sanctuary Spa it smells divine. The pearls of Moroccan argan oil reminded me of pollen which I think looks beautiful. It looks as beautiful as it smells. The pearls remind me of its natural ingredients credentials which is a huge plus point for me. It's a thick, luxurious butter that is absorbed quickly into your skin and doesn't leave it feeling sticky or heavy. It's a moisturiser that lasts, keeping your skin soft and smooth and looking fabulous and this is now a permanent part of my skincare routine. I absolutely love it.

Lasting moisturising
Sanctuary Spa melting pearls body butter left my skin feeling super soft and moisturised. You can feel the oils on your skin, which also leaves your skin looking healthy. The fragrance is lovely and lasts on the skin. Being 92% natural origin is great for my skin.

Amazing quality body butter
Lovely results from a product I didn’t have high expectations for! The smell is a little mature, but if you can get past that the product itself leaves your skin wonderfully hydrated and glowing. The beads leave a lovely golden haze.
