You can give it a go
I was exited to try this tablets but unfortunately I didn't notice a much difference. Maybe I was a bit more calm but effects wasn't really spectacular, I guess dosage is individual and maybe 20mg wasn't enough for me . I will still recommend to try this , it may work for you.

Can help over time.
I tested this product for 28 days and I can say I’m pleasantly surprised, I didn’t expect any improvement. The white capsules are more appealing than the herbal type green colour and are very easy to swallow. Only one capsule a day so easy to remember whilst taking any other supplements. It took a while to notice any sort of difference to my anxiety levels or pain/stiffness in muscles or joints. I can now happily say that I do think that Pureis is making a difference in some ways. I don’t feel quite as achey or stiff at the end of the day and I don’t seem to be quite as anxious or stressed throughout the day either. Long term, pureis may help well, only time will tell.

Good quality
I've been using these CBD capsules for a few weeks now, and I'm genuinely impressed. Quality product that delivers as promised! However personally I preferred pure cbd oil. But if you don’t like the taste of cbd oil, I will fully recommend Pureis.

Huge pain relief
Having a deliberating painful leg for over one year ,dependant on ibuprofen and paracetamol i was a little dubious on trying pureis ultra pure CBD, i did not feel the affect straight away it was not until the second week it started to kick in and boy or boy what a relief i feel like an old banger with a new engine .

Not very effective
I was very excited to try these tablets as not tried CBD products before. I liked the packaging and tablets were easy to swallow. I didn’t notice any difference really during the period I was taking them. Maybe I need a higher dose but I also didn’t notice any undesirable side effects either. Possibly would try again but higher dose next time or different product.

Too Low Dose
Pleasant, professional look to packaging and product. I really liked it. The pill didn't smell bad like I was worried it would either. The only problem with the product is that it's such a low dose, I don't think it did anything for me. Comparing it to other CBD products, the dose can be up to 2000mg or at least starting at 60ml minimum. This dose is so small that it seems a bit pointless and I don't know what it was meant to do for me, but I didn't notice any health benefits.

A safe way to take CBD
Being able to fit taking one capsule a day of CBD is so convenient for me. There's no after taste unlike the oils you drop into your mouth. The benefit I have experienced the most is that my hand tremors have lessened. I would use again and recommend these capsules to my friends.

Easy to take capsules, calming effect

Good quality
Tried this as an alternative to my usual brand. The first main benefit is having capsules instead of drops. Easy to swallow and no oily aftertaste. 10/10! As for the effectiveness, they aren’t any better or worse than my others so I’m happy with that. I no longer wake in the night with a pounding heart and anxiety, and during the day I feel just a little more calm and steady. I feel it’s helping with these unwanted aspects of perimenopause.

Placebo?
It's small enough to easily swallow but noticed nothing at all. Maybe they need to be taken over a longer time frame than just a couple of weeks perhaps? They didn't cause any stomach upset at all and I felt nothing from them

Nice looking Product
I like the look of the product . It all looks fresh clean and clinical, somehow giving me more faith in its contents . I tried this in my attempt to combat brain fog, to help with focus and mental clarity. I made notes of my feelings and noticed a slight but not significant elevation of mood . Maybe I have not tried them for long enough . There was a subtle change in my focus so maybe that is a positive thing. I was expecting more , but would be willing to try for a longer period to assess a more meaningful change .

Wind down a bit without other effects
The tablets contain 20mg CBD in what is said to be pure form. There is no THC so they don't induce any "high". For comparison, it has 5mg more than Trip drinks and about 10 less than the Goodrays ones. So it is not a lot. The maximum recommended is 70mg/day. So these are very safe to consume. If you are not used to having CBD, they might feel a bit like a herbal tablet for sleeping or calming nerves. Like Valerian root or Bach flowers. It depends on how sensitive you are to these remedies and what else you have had in the day. If you had ten coffees, it's probably not going to have a massive effect. But I've noticed that my body is ready to wind down if I add it to my bedtime routine. I struggle to go to sleep and I'm trying to build habits that help me prepare for bedtime, such having a hot drink, read, watch light TV, removing make up, etc. I'm adding this tablet at the start of the routine, so by the time I go to bed, I feel more relaxed. It's easy to swallow too.

A fantastic product
