Not for me
Thought I would give them a go and I really didn't like them but my friend Really likes them.. worth a try but I think there are better protein bars out there

I’m selective about processed protein bars, yet the ingredients in these are quite satisfactory. They have a delightful taste and the nutritional value is impressive as well.

Well is full of sugar and it doesn t help me at all with my weight loss , i would just take this as a snack if i wouldn t want to lose weight .On the other hand It s tasty and not pricey

I ben tried for first time and I feel like no more eat like a meal after meal and because I’m working nights I have that feeling to eat all the time night and day non stop, That’s is good
