Oatly Ice Cream Strawberry

(Maybe someone in a distant galaxy did think of it before but our competitive analysis stops at the ozone layer of Earth.) Anyway, we are pretty sure there is strawberry ice cream made from oats in close proximity to you right now. Probably in a freezer in a grocery store or if you’re lucky, already in your own freezer if someone put it there when you weren’t looking (in a non-creepy way, maybe a friend or family member). Wonderful when eaten with a spoon, but it can also be drunk in a melted way.

A Great Dairy Free Alternative

Will never eat any other ice cream again
We have a little girl who has a dairy allergy and so we could never give her ice cream until we found oatly and I will never buy any other ice cream again it's so good not only does it taste amazing but you would never know the difference we have tried other dairy free alternative but none hold a candle to this

Tasty!
Really tasty but gets sickly very quick. Love the packaging, very bright and eye catching! It does have a nice taste but think the sweetness needs adjusting.

Nice
This alternative to ice cream is actually quite tasty. It is just as creamy and satisfying as dairy ice cream. However the strawberry flavour isn't very strong so they could do with adding a higher percentage of strawberries to it. I love that the ingredients are all natural though, no synthetic flavourings. The kids also loved it.

Nice tasty ice cream although slightly lacking in an intense strawberry flavour but still nice. My husband adds this to his protein shakes in a blender sometimes too. Nice range

Not much Strawberry taste
My all time favourite strawberry ice cream is Haagen Das, but I really can’t eat dairy, so I was delighted when I saw this on offer recently. There is no taste of strawberry at all. So dissatisfied. The texture is amazing, it’s nice and silky smooth, so many dairy free products lack depth or creaminess. I was surprised at how little flavour there is as there is 16% strawberries. So disappointed.

Heaven in a tub
I wasn't sure if I would like this having previously tried an oatly yoghurt and not liking the aftertaste it left but as a vegan my options for ice Cream are still somewhat limited compared to dairy Icecreams so I thought I'd give it a whirl. I'm so glad I did, I love it! Its creamy and moreish and has the same texture as 'real icecream. The strawberry taste is just right, it's refreshing and sweet and hits the spot when you're wanting a little treat. My daughter isn't vegan and she happily chooses this after tasting mine over other brands as she enjoyed it so much. I've also tried to chcolate flavour and that didn't disappoint either. I wish they would make some other flavours and maybe push the boat out a bit and experiment with different types or chcolate chunk icecream or strawberries and cream etc.

another great product from Oatly
Having tried the Oatly strawberry yoghurt, I was fairly certain I would enjoy this and I did. It's rich and creamy and my non-vegan friend said she didn't feel like she was missing out compared to dairy desserts. There is a very slight bitter taste which could be the sharpness from the strawberries. I will definitely buy it again.

Really worth it
Delicious!! Is always nice to find a dairy free ice cream with a good texture and flavour! They should sell it in more supermarkets as I could just find it in Waitrose.

Amazing
My son and I both have a dairy allergy, mine developed as an adult and one of the things I miss is strawberry ice cream and this totally makes up for it. Its creamy and flavoursome. I'm a massive fan of Oatly products, they're allergy friendly and being soya free is a bonus too
