NIVEA Lip Oil Candy Pink

This candy pink lip oil definitely smells like a sweet tooth’s dream lip product; so soft on the lips, moisturising without feeling heavy and thick, and has a pretty pink, light, sheer tint. Small enough to carry on you throughout the day, the applicator is nicely shaped, and the lips look luscious with it on. Will say that it doesn’t have the best longevity, and sometimes can accentuate dryness on the lips if they’re not exfoliated before applying. Overall a great, daily, inexpensive lip oil.

Very nice smell, texture, and colour. A really nice lip feel, moisturising and beautiful colour. A great lip oil and I will definitely reccomend and repurchase.

Not bad, it does make my lips feel moisturised. However, it smells sickly sweet. The colour isn’t great for me, it has a peal sheen to it. It reminds me a lot of kids makeup, so not something I would go for.

Honestly a great lip oil. Not super pigmented and glides on. Left my lips feeling amazing. Definitely would buy again. A must for these coming colder months.

Lovely little lip oil! I've got it in the shade Candy Pink which is a subtle pinkish color that kind of gives a glowing look to the lips. It is moisturising, doesn't dry the lips out. And the smell, omg, speechless. It smells like jam, literally. I gave it to a friend to try it out and she said 'I literally want to eat this, I don't think it would last too long on my lips'.

Lip oil wore off so i had to re apply frequently. Colour washed me out Overall moisturising and does give a glossy look. Applicator is small. Would recommemd as a good gift to younger girls just getting into makeup.

The formula is thick enough to stay on the lips for a decent amount of time, which I prefer to a thin oil, it doesn’t slip around your face when it’s a bit thicker. It smells like candy but definitely doesn’t taste like it! I have very dry lips at the moment so when I wear this it does make the flaky patches very noticeable when I rub my lips together but hopefully with continuous use I’ll see an improvement. It goes on a sheer light pink which can be built up if preferred but the colour doesn’t suit me so I prefer a light layer. Overall after a couple of days use I can say I have more moisturising lip products but this is nice.

If you have dark lips it doesn't really look pretty.. because of the colour of the lip oil .. its like white pink .. I wish it was little more clear pink

I really enjoyed the product overall! It left like a glossy appearance and was hydrating. It didn't leave a sticky or dry residue and is perfect for those colder days!

I received this product to test for several days in exchange for a fair review. This lip oil is well packaged and handbag friendly in its little tube. The doe-foot applicator hugs the lips and applies the product evenly. It has a sweet scent. I was fine with this, but if you're sensitive to artificial fragrances you may find it off putting. The thin texture of the lip oil feels nice when it's on. The Candy Pink shade is quite sheer when it's on the lips - it's closer to a clear gloss than a tinted one. If you like the shine of a lip gloss but hate that thick sticky feeling, you'll like this lip oil. My lips looked nice and healthy whilst the product was on - it lasted a few hours before I needed to top it up. However, I ultimately found that my lips felt quite dry after using the lip oil for a few days. Not as bad as chapped lips, but noticeably dryer. If I was to keep using this lip oil, I would apply a hydrating lip treatment at bedtime to care for my lips afterwards.
