Great Product

Perfect for removing make up & removing any signs of mascara. Leaving skin smooth and make up free, simple to wash off and doesn’t leave a bed of suds after it’s washed.

Not my favourite

Personally I don't like the textile or smell of the cleanser, but the latter I can understand why as it is fragrance-free. It wasn't foaming so it just feels a bit gluey on my face, but it seems to cleanse my face well and didn't leave it dry so it does the job!

I love this face wash!

I love this face wash. I’ve switched out all my other cleansers for it. It does waterproof and heavy makeup, doesnt burn, and seems to balance out my skin!! Definitely recommend buying this one :)

Hydrating and effective cleanser

If you wear makeup it may not be the best at removing heavy makeup on its own or after one use so you may need to apply it twice. The gel cleanser is a top choice for anyone wanting to maintain their skin’s hydration, especially if you want a gentle, non-drying, and fragrance-free cleanser, this one is definitely worth considering.

Great!

Happy to have tried this cleanser. While a gel cleanser is not my usual pick, it left my skin feeling very hydrated. No harsh fragrance either here. Would recommend to anyone considering!

Foams up nice and cleans those crevices

I’ve been using this water gel cleanser for a little while, and overall, I’m really happy with it. The texture is just right—it foams up beautifully on wet skin and feels lightweight. It does a great job removing makeup, especially from those hard-to-reach areas like around the nose. After using it, my skin feels soft and refreshed, which I love. However, it doesn’t work as well on eye makeup, and I’ve still had to use a separate eye makeup remover to fully cleanse my eyes. While it’s fragrance-free, I did find myself wishing for a hint of scent, as I love when my skin smells fresh after cleansing. Even though I usually prefer a balm for makeup removal, this is a great alternative. One pump is enough for my entire face, so it’ll last me a long time. Overall, it’s a really nice cleanser if you’re looking for something gentle and effective

Good

This is a nice refreshing product, lathers up well and feels clean. My only down fall is that it felt like a film on my face when rinsing. Although once dried, it felt fine. Overall it’s a good product

Lovely, gentle face cleanser

As someone who is generally very picky about skincare products (I only buy Japanese or Korean) I didn't have particularly high expectations for this cleanser. But I was surprised by just how much I like it. Its quite a large bottle, and is so lovely and gentle on my skin. It also leaves my face feeling so hydrated after, I actually thought after the first time using that my face was oily but no it was just nice and soft. Would definitely recommend this and am likely to purchase once I've run out.

Perfect cleanser

Absolutely love this cleanser, it's lightweight, easy to use and lasts a long time. Only a little bit is needed to use each wash and my skins been feeling and looking cleaner with less breakouts.

Water gel cleanser

Since using the Neutrogena water gel, I have noticed that my face feels more hydrated, especially straight after use. The product has done well for removing my makeup and any dirt on my face, and has not had any adverse reactions to my skin. It has been easy to use (pump) with clear directions - user friendly. The only improvement I would make is to have the full packaging fully recyclable. Overall I would recommend this product.

Non-drying, lathering cleanser

I love the fact this gel cleanser was designed to be moisturising due to it being infused with Hyaluronic acid. Lathering, gel cleansers usually make my face feel very tight and dry, whereas this cleanser felt much more pleasant due to its hydrating properties! I also love that the innovative Hyaluronic Gel Matrix is designed to continually release hydration throughout the day as and when you need it. This is especially useful in the winter months due to the continually changing temperatures, wind and heating, which all affects the hydration of your skin. I also loved that the cleanser was very lathering and effective at removing dirt and impurities. A little goes a long way!

Great Cleanser

I have started using this wash as my second cleanser, and it does a great job! It doesn’t sting my eyes, and is easy to take off. Doesn’t irritate my skin. However I have yet to try this as a make up remover
