Fantastic face wash
The Facial Cleanser from Neostrata is a great gentle facial wash that works well for sensitive skin, and also that it gently exfoliates while it cleanses which is great for people with combination/oily skin. It fits well in any facial cleansing regime.

Amazing and Effective Cleanser
This cleaner was one of the best I've ever used. It is gentle, soothing and calming and leaves your skin nourished and soothed. It has an interesting texture which I enjoyed and it effectively removes dirt and makeup, and excess oils from your skin. Within days I noticed my skin clearing up and becoming smoother.

Great PHA cleanser
Really pleased with this PHA cleanser. It was my first time using a PHA and I am very pleasantly surprised! Nice consistency with no nasty fragrances. Skin feels clean and not too dry after use.

Not what I expected...
I am really stuck on the fence with this cleanser. The texture is one of the main things that threw me off. It's a gel that doesn't lather or foam at all. It does hydrate really well, my skin feels plump and smooth but I have slightly oilier skin so would prefer a wash that removes any buildup I can get in my T-zone. I did notice my skin looks a bit brighter This doesn't appear to have any fragrance added, but it has a very faint chemical smell (similar to those toy jelly aliens that came in an egg full of gloop) which I didn't like. It's great for people who have super sensitive skin but I need deeper exfoliation to keep my complexion clear.

Gentle nondrying face cleaner/exfoliator
I tend to avoid many cleansers as they can be too drying on my older skin but I found this to be a lovely combination of cleaning your face but without the drying effect afterwards. There was no redness afterwards which I have experienced, even with high-end expensive brands. It does the job but seems much more gentle than most brands I’ve used. I thought it was a really nice product with no nasty side effects. Happy with it so would you recommend!

THE BIG SWITCH
I just switched to this from another very popular foam cream. I changed because the other one was very drying. I needed more hydration, so I received this hoping it was more moisturizing. I’ve been using this for a few weeks now, and so far it seems more hydrating and is smoothing my neck. I don’t know the full results yet, but so far so good

Smooth skin but use carefully
This product is nicely packaged and had clear instructions for use. I wasn't careful enough on first usage and it made my eyes sting as I used it too near to them. Once I was more careful - it was comfortable. The cleanser left my skin feeling smooth, clean and fresh. It also helped with blemishes. I had a cold during the trial period and has to stop using it when my nose was sore as it made my nose area sting but once my nose felt better - I went straight back to using it and it was fine.

Skin friendly
Absolutely does what the product says, gentle and kind to my skin. Infact my teen kids who have acne also loved the gel. The only issue I found was that my face felt dry after the wash, hence short of the 5 star.

Must own cleanser
Great cleanser, superb for sensitive skin. Caused no outbreaks but provided great deep down cleansing. Caused a little dryness between eyebrows but a good moisturiser worked

This product is what it says on the tin, a soap-free, non-foaming gel formulation that gently cleanses. As someone who had regular acne and sensitive skin, this product didn't give me any reaction and managed to get my makeup off with little issue, either using my hands or a cloth. It didn't dry my skin, which was what it would claim with having PHA. My skin is combination/oily around the t-zone so that can be difficult to dry. However, I wasn't blown away by this product. Seeing the price this goes for, over £26 is way over my budget and certainly not worth repurchasing for that price. I will finish the bottle but unless it's 50% or free again, no thank you. If you have disposable income and would like to try, be my guest. Maybe if you have dry skin, this product may suit you more.
