Brilliant formula - unsure on colour
This was my first time trying a coloured mascara after wearing only black for the last 20 years. I’ve used this a few times in the past week and can’t quite get the colour to work for me and my skin tone or colouring. (For reference I am pale with blue eyes and black dyed hair) After trying with a few different eyeshadow shades it does make me look quite sickly, but I do think this would look lovely for those with a darker complexion and features, or those that wear brown eyeliner. However, the formula is absolutely great. It instantly added volume and length to my lashes, there’s slight clumping but easy to manage. The wand is think and soft plastic with small nibs so grips lashes easily - although I do prefer a soft bristled thick brush for my mascara. This was quick to apply and made a noticeable difference to my lashes. I would definitely look at purchasing this in black.

Love the volume!
I usually use just black mascara, so I was nervous trying a colour one. I love the "brush" as it helped for easy applying. I was a bit disappointed as it wasn't very noticeable in colour... but did give my lashes volume/length. It does say it doesn't clump, but i found it did a little. It is a nice addition to any autumn makeup look, though... i just wish it was more noticeable. I like the packaging, it gives a "high end" look!

One of my favourite mascaras!!
The Maybelline sky high mascara has long been a favourite of mine due to its amazing lengthening and volumising. The new burgundy colour adds a subtle but noticeable pop of colour without being too bold for everyday wear! It doesn’t clump, smudge or flake throughout the day. A great fun twist on traditional black mascara!

Was hopeful for this mascara as used this brand many times before, went on really well and didn’t clump. Lashes looked good but not 100% on the color, think it would be much better in black.

Great mascara
That is not the first time I’ve used Maybelline mascara, I’ve been using them over the last 10 years. I have tested the maybelline sky high burgundy haze mascara and I loved it, the quality is amazing, it does not smudges and give such a nice eye vibes. The only reason I have 4stars is that I have a very dark eyelashes and couldn’t see much difference from the black to the burgundy, if you come close you definitely can see, but not too much from a far distance, maybe in a lighter eyelashes the colour will pop out. Saying that I still recommend this mascara as its quality is just perfect.

Great mascara
As someone with dark eyelashes I was sceptical in using a mascara that wasn't black but was pleasantly surprised using burgundy haze. It makes my eyelashes look just as good as a black mascara. It's easy to apply and i like the applicator as it doesn't clog my lashes and gets to each lash. No smudging throughout the day which is perfect

Pleasantly surprised
I use this brand of mascara in black daily already. I’d have never considered purchasing the burgundy, however, really very pleasantly surprised with the product. Usually lash length and ease of application. Dries quite dark, almost a black at a glance, hint of burgundy makes my green/grey eyes pop a little more. I really like it

Maybelline Burgundy Haze Mascara
I was unsure about the colour of the product when I first opened it and thought it was going to be too light but I was pleasantly surprised! The brush was a little thinner than the mascara brushes I like to use but it did give volume and I quite liked the colour as something different to black mascara but didn’t think it was too much of a bright colour like a subtle purpley/red tinge! I will definitely use it again, I also found that it cleaned off better than some of the black mascaras I use as it left very little residue! Also putting it on the back of my hand to see the colour I noticed under the bright kitchen lights that it had a little shimmer to it which I thought was a great touch!
