Karma Bites Popped Lotus Seeds Himalayan Pink Salt are a great snack option—light, crunchy, and perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of salt. The texture is unique and satisfying, and the subtle flavor of the lotus seeds makes for an interesting alternative to traditional snacks. While they’re delicious and guilt-free, I found them a bit plain after a few bites. Still, a great, healthy snack for when you want something different!
Bettter to blook fresh lotus seeds as they are a lot more crisper.
A very good health choice to make whilst having these. Having these on the go is convenient but fresh one are better

Crisps
Didn’t like these at all , taste was strange and pretty dry. They are expensive too so won’t buy again.

I didn’t know what to think of these and if I would like them. They are strangely nice and very tasty. Healthy option for a quick snack too!

Healthy snack
Karma Bites Popped Lotus Seeds with Himalayan Pink Salt have quickly become one of my favorite snacks! They’re incredibly light and crunchy, with just the right touch of saltiness from the Himalayan pink salt. I love that they’re a healthy alternative to traditional snacks, packed with nutrients and free from guilt. Perfect for munching on the go or as a light treat during the day. A wonderfully satisfying and wholesome snack option!

Strange texture
Purchased these as I'd never seen anything like this before. The flavours were lovely, but the texture was strange which I didn't like, so for that reason I wouldn't buy again x

Disappointed
This item looked really interesting when I spotted it in the supermarket. However, when I tried it I was quite disappointed. I wasn’t keen on the texture, i felt like the Himalayan salt flavour didn’t add much depth to the actual snack, and it needed some different type of flavouring. Not for me

Nice snack
It’s a nice snack but I can’t notice the difference between
Karma Bites Popped Lotus Seeds with Himalayan Pink Salt are a delightful snack. The light, airy texture makes them incredibly easy to munch on, and the Himalayan pink salt adds a perfect touch of seasoning without overwhelming the natural flavor of the seeds. They're a great alternative to traditional snacks and offer a satisfying crunch. While they’re slightly salty for my taste, they’re still a healthy and enjoyable option. Worth trying for a unique and tasty snack experience.
