Jam Shed Shiraz
Jam Shed Shiraz was sweet and jammy, it was a bit too sweet for my liking but can be used for cooking.

Full bodied
This wine is fantastic—full-bodied with delightful hints of vanilla and spice. It’s perfect when served slightly chilled, which really brings out its vibrant flavors. Beautiful and fruity
Had this with an evening meal with my other half, my other half is not a wine drinker but tried some as well! It's a lovely shiraz, full of fruity crisp flavours and very moreish. At a bargain price it's well worth the money! Will be buying again!

An Absolute Fave
I am a big fan of The Jam Shed’s products. This wine is a personal favourite of mine, a very jammy red. Perfect in the colder weather and with festive season just around the corner I LOVE using this when making mulled wine !

So easy to drink
I really loved this wine, I think it’s so hard to find a sweet red which isn’t too sweet and over powering, the berry notes helped tone it and I found it very easy to drink - would definitely buy this

Not to my taste
I was excited to try this as I’d love to become more of a wine drinker and I know red wine goes really well with a lot of meals I eat. I decided to try this as a mulled wine in the slow cooker but unfortunately it tasted too bitter for me and I didn’t end up drinking much of it

Lovely wine
Really enjoyable wine especially with my new found appreciation for red wines. Was interesting to see this is advised to be served chilled. Definitely did taste lovely like this. I enjoyed the sweeter side flavour and in particular the subtle hint of vanilla. It accompanied my cheeseboard fantastically and also was nice with a steak, I found. Definitely would recommend.

Really lovely Red Wine
When I had my first sip of Jam Shed Shiraz Red Wine, I thought what a lovely wine. It has a sweetish fruity flavour. This went well with red meats, as expected. It was also a good complement to hot smoked salmon and hot smoked mackerel served as a starter. I would thoroughly recommend this wine and I am looking forward to trying other Jam Shed Red Wines.

Nice wine but too sweet for me
I was expecting a sweet wine just from the name of the wine and the reference “jammy” on the label. When opened, you can smell the fruity aroma of the wine and it certainly lives up to its jammy name! The wine is sweet and very smooth, no taste of vinegar with this one! It has a slight spicy finish which gives it more balance. I can think of other wines on the market similar to this - think 19 Crimes, Barefoot Jammy Red - but Jam Shed is definitely richer and smoother to drink. I don’t drink reds chilled, however this red would be very nice chilled due to its sweetness and fruity character - a bit like sang! It lives up to the label as it’s quite clear from “rich”, “jammy” and “smooth” what the wine is all about! Personally, it’s too sweet, however for people that prefer a sweeter wine, or even if you’re starting out drinking red wine, this would be a great wine to try.

I'm not usually a wine drinker but I could take to this, the flavour wasn't to bitter and I managed to drink it without the face at the end of each sip. Will definitely try again with a meal suited

Delicious red wine
This is a delicious full bodied red wine. Full of berry and vanilla notes, it makes for easy drinking and a perfect paired with red meat or cheese.

Smooth and tasty
I find a lot of red wines two strong and overpowering. Pleasantly surprised on how smooth this wine is compared to others with a very nice flavour. First time trying a Jam Shed product and would be interested in trying other wines from their range.

(Un?)surprisingly jammy!
My husband and I both tried this - he prefers red whereas I don't normally like it. Served chilled as suggested, which I thought was unusual for a red, it actually worked! I found it to be smooth and quite sweet, and although I don't think I would drink a lot of it, I was surprised to enjoy the small glass I had. I could taste the "jam" flavours for sure! My husband wasn't so sure initially but had another glass to make sure (!) and said it grew on him. He normally prefers something more 'oaky'/drier but said he would have it again. We both said it felt like a wine you would have in the summer, almost like a dessert with it being sweeter, and could see it being used as part of a longer drink e.g. a sangria or similar.
