Hill’s Science Plan Perfect Weight & Active Mobility Large Breed Adult Dog Food with Chicken

At first I wasn't sure as I couldn't stand the smell of the kibble when I opened the bag but then I'm not eating it. I put it down in front of my dog and without a second thought he ate it all. We noticed an improvement in his bowel movements, they were much more stable and consistent throughout the day and he no longer has any flatulence which is absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend and am pretty sure we are going to continue buying this going forward

Very good. Our dog doesn’t seem as hungry as she gets full up from this food. I have seen a change in her behaviour as a result. She seems a lot more placid and calm. I would absolutely recommend this!!

Our dog is slightly overweight, so we were excited to try this food. It was easy to work out how much she needed per day & weigh this out, we were surprised how much she was “allowed”! It’s hard to tell if it was particularly tasty, Freyja is a Golden Retriever and therefore will delightedly and rapidly eat literally anything we put in front of her - as was the case here! From our point of view, the only difference we noticed was that this has a slightly stronger and more unpleasant smell than our normal brand (we use supermarket own brand). Over the course of a month or so, we’ve not seen any difference in her weight, despite diligently measuring her portions & drastically reducing treats; we did notice that her breath is less fragrant though, and (apologies for toilet talk!) she has been pooing a lot more, both in terms of frequency & quantity!! Overall, it was nice to try a new food, but we wouldn’t be willing to spend any money on this food, as it wasn’t really effective

Great product, my dog loves them. She has had them as a replacement to her regular food. She has lost some weight.

My dog absolutely loves his new food. Before he would leave his dry food until he was really hungry, now he finishes it as soon as its put down in front of him.

My Labrador retriever who is nearly 3 has had weight issues. This product has made it easier to adjust her portion sizes and has lowered her weight. The vet is very happy with her weight now

I have spent tons of money trying to get my dog to eat, I have gone through all the brands you can imagine... expensive, cheap, raw, etc. And for some reason she really likes this one.

Received a 25Kg bag of Hills Science Weight management food from #HTC for my 2 Year old Kangal Shepherd on Sat 1st Oct just after Tara had been fed. I unpacked & put into front porch to start the next day Tara sniffed it through the packaging & only left it alone when we called her away. Closed the porch overnight & as soon as it was opened in the morning Tara resumed her sniffing. She continued sniffing it throughout the day & when we opened it at her fed time her tail wagged constantly as smell was even stronger. To say she wolfed it down is an understatement. Everyday since Tara has been excited at mealtime & not left her bowl until its empty. We have noticed that she has more energy & seems to be more attentive especially when she knows she's due a feed. Have looked online at Hills to work out best place to get it as it's working wonders for her. Only downside atm is I can't find the 25Kg bags. Luckily atm we still have some so fingers crossed can find that size before we run out

This product was perfect for my 32 kg dog. She needs to lose some weight and I found that this food is definitely helping. Have tried other products in the past with no success- finding no weight loss when weighed at vets and still feeling hungry. However, this product is definitely doing the job. She loves the chicken flavour and appetite is satisfied . I am delighted that she seems to have more energy and is thriving on this Hills Science plan formula. I can see that she is trimming down already, probably because she now has balanced calorific intake with the added benefit of more energy. This is important for my dog breed in particular as she is deep chested and muscular and any extra weight puts particular stress on her joints. I am delighted the nutrients ie omega 3 fish oil , glucosamine and chin droitin help support healthy joints and ligaments and it also contains vitamins and antioxidants which help support a healthy immune system as clinically proven.

When opening the bag the smell was pleasant and didn't have that off-putting smell that some healthy dry dog foods have. The size of the biscuits are perfect for an adult dog, not too big which is good as it ensures he takes more time to eat it. Zeus can be quite the fussy eater, especially with healthier kibble. It was a joy to see Zeus wolfing it down - licking his bowl clean. I highly recommend this dog food for anyone looking to improve the overall health of their dog. I even recommend it for the fussy eaters! The investment is worth every penny as it has proven results and ingredients to promote health longevity.

My Romanian rescue loves this food, with it being used for weight control I wasn't sure at first how tasty it would be for him but he goes straight for the bowl.i didn't use the product long enough (3 weeks) to comment on him losing any weight as dogs can take 6 months for this.

well my dog loves it, couldn't wait for my to open the bag and head went straight in, her coat is healthy,dont think she as lost any weight
