Moisturising but not the desired colour
Very moisturising long lasting colour however it didn't turn out how I'd of liked it was patchy in places I'm not sure if this is the way I applied it or not

My new favourite hair dye
I have naturally medium-dark brown hair which for many years I was dying a more coppery, lighter brown colour. About a year ago I decided to stop this and go back to my natural colour but have always had difficulties with preventing the coppery tones from coming through in the lengths of my hair. With this dye I managed to achieve a uniform colour, my roots the same shade as my ends, no copper tones, just a nice deep, cool brown colour. It's been a long time since my hair colour looked so good! It's really easy to use, it doesn't look like much once mixed in the pot but I managed to evenly coat all of my hair with one tub (just past my shoulders and fairly fine). There's no strong 'hair dye' smell, in fact is just smells like a conditioner. After using this and the conditioner included my hair was soft, shiny and a rich brown colour. Very happy and will be using this dye from now on.

Great coverage
I was super intrigued as it wasn’t the usual box with mixing bottle. The concept of mixing in the bucket style box is genius. It made scooping up the product with my hand to apply straight onto my hair so much easier than the usual bottle applicator. It allowed me to distribute the colour more evenly. There was plenty product in one box to cover my medium length hair which is a bonus as I usually have to purchase two box’s. The dye is easy to make up and it didn’t smell of chemicals! some dyes can be overpowering. After I washed it I used the conditioner. This was so lush and smelt beautiful. I love that it comes in a resealable pouch as I normally have to bin sachets with product in as I do not need that much in one go. It is full coverage and covered all my whites. not a grey hair in sight. After drying my hair I found my hair to feel and look healthier, bouncier and shinier than ever. Not brittle like other dyes have previously done.

Easy and good coverage
A product test from Garnier to try the new Garnier GOOD hair colour in shade 4.0 cacao brown. I don't have a full head of greys but enough and are located in my parting so very visible. Preparation: very easy. Empty out the developer solution and the colour sachet straight into the tub. The included wooden spatula used to mix to a hair mask type consistency. You get gloves and a shea butter conditioner also in the tub. Application: I at first sectioned hair at front and tried applying with the spatula but then resorted to the 'whack it on with your hands' approach. Which was surprisingly effective and not messy. I left on for longer than the 30 mins as my dark hair and my greys are quite stubborn to taking colour. Result: I have to day I have been impressed. It really has covered my greys where other dyes I've tried have struggled. The conditioner helped leave hair in a nice soft shine and condition. The brown is more visible in the sun but I'm happy with the result.

I love this colour
Absolutely the best in my opinion. I have been dying my hair in the past and have used many different hair dye products and nearly always being disappointed with the results. Not this time. The colour i used was dark chocolate brown. Not only is the colour true to its name but it’s also conditioned my otherwise lack lustre hair. My hair feels soft, looks vibrant and glossy. I really do feel as if I’ve just walked out of a top rated hair salon.

Salon results
My 1st impressions of this product was the simple but eco friendly package. The tube contains all the items you need for salon results at home .easy instructions. And perfect coverage even grey hair. I would definitely recommend this product

Great coverage no smell
Easy to apply to hair and doesn't really drip. Feel like its not stripping my hair as it doesn't smell. The conditioner lasted for two washers and left my hair soft and smelling lovely.

Rich colour
I use garnier all the time for colouring my hair at home. It covers greys, leaves my hair soft and shiny and is great value for money
