Quick and easy for at home

Box dyes tend to get a bad reputation, but I used this and I was really pleased with the results. My hair came out blonde and I didn’t need to tone or use purple shampoo after!

Conditioning and lifts really well!

Lifts hair really well and smells great, which isn't often the case with lightening hair products! I really love the conditioner and the applicator also, plus find the instructions super clear. I have tried other brands but always go back to L'Oreal!

The best home dye

I have tried lots of different home dyes. In my 'L'Oréal excellence is definitely the best. It covers greys far better and for longer than other brands. It's easy to use, smells fine and leaves your hair in really nice condition.

Excellence crème covers my grey

I tested this late as I had only just done my roots, I was sent 2 boxes & I have very thick straight shoulder length hair. The colour went on easy with the nozzle applicator to do my roots but my hair was too thick to use the brush applicator, I had to drag it through my hair & felt it was stretching. When I tugged the brush out of the ends the product flew around the bathroom. I would use again with the nozzle for roots. I liked the shampoo step & 1 bottle went a very long way. The conditioner did not however go far enough & I needed 1.5 bottles for a single use. It doesn’t come out of the bottle as easily as a squeeze bottle. When dried the colour was even. It is a darker shade than I usually choose but covered well. At the front my grey always looks lighter than the rest of my hair & I have a lot of red in my hair so this looks bolder than my usual ash colour, which I expected. My hair feels soft when dried. I usually use nice easy & find the conditioner goes further with that

Good Coverage

L'Oréal ia one of the better home dye kits. The blonde comes up nicely and the conditioner that comes with it leaves hair feeling sliky. The dye is easy to mix up and put on. I've thick hair so I need to use w boxes for full coverage. My only slight issue is that I have eczema on my scalp and like other brands the dye irritated my scalp whilst waiting to take off.

Great Colour

Great box dye that brings a beautiful shade of blonde to my hair ...I love this product because it does exactly what it says to do ..Covers all grey ..Great colour & shine ...Couldn't be happier with this ..Shall purchase again..& I shall definitely recommend to friends and family .

Great coverage

I use this about 3 times a year, its so easy to do even by your self, instructions are easy to understand so you can not go wrong. It gives great coverage of a even colour all over, it also leaves your hair feeling so soft
