Elatoplast scar reducer review
First application was ok but I reacted to the elastoplast on removing it. I felt itching and on removing the dressing, I was instantly coming up with blisters around the scarred area. So it might be suitable for someone else. Easy to apply but can be fiddly and very sticky adhesive

Practically a miracle plaster
After 7 and half years my c-section scar was still really visible so when I got the opportunity to test these XL scar reducer patches I was so happy. I used them daily (I had a few days off throughout due to irritation from something else) and took a few progression photos. I didn't think they would work if I'm honest but anything to help me feel a bit more confident in myself is always worth a try. . I am so happy with the results. As it was something I was using regularly I didn't really see the difference it was only when I looked over the photos I took that I realised how much of a difference it had made.

Reduced the visibility
This really helped with reducing the visibility of my CS scar. It was fairly easy to apply. But for some like me who kept the belly flab even after birth, I felt it didn't quite stick exactly how it was meant to. Best to lay flat then lift the flab without stretching the skin too much. So the plaster sticks equally and not stretching your skin.

Reduces redness
After having a c section with my twin girls I was left with an ugly red scar on my stomach. These plasters have managed to reduce the redness of the scar so that it is not as obvious on first glance. They did lose their stickiness a little quickly but they reduced the scar as they described

Fantastic results to C-section scar
I have been using the XL plasters on my C-section scar for a few months now, and I am surprised and delighted with the results so far! My scar is flatter and paler, I am very impressed with the improvement. The plasters themselves are very easy to use and apply, and once on, they do not budge! The placement of my scar has a lot of rubbing and movement from clothes, and the plaster stays put until you want to take it off, even in the shower and during exercise classes. The only time the plaster came off itself was in the swimming baths. If you are looking to reduce the appearance of any scars easily and discretely, I would highly recommend giving these a try.

Not for me unfortunately.
First of all the packaging is not very attractive and doesn't stand out. Plasters themselves havent got a nice feeling to them (to touch). After using plasters for 6 weeks i have to be honest the difference is minimal so i wouldnt recommend taking into account the price.

Fantastic product. Well recomended.
Have a surgical scar and these have helped reduce appearance. Great product from Elastoplast. Couldn’t be happier. They are a discreet and minimalised way to keep the scar covered. Would highly recommend. Seeing good results already from using this product.

They work
Started using these as soon as they arrived. Very easy to stick over scar and the material became just like part of my skin. It allowed me to move easily and do everything I normally would. I did not notice i was wearing it. I have definitely noticed an improvement in the texture of my c section scar and it had faded too. As it adheres so well it can be slightly trick to remove but I got the gang of it quickly. I would recommend these as I have noticed an improvement and they are straight forward to use.

Elastoplast scar reducer xl
Received the Elastoplast scar reducer xl for use on an old csection scar. I found it quite tricky to apply myself due to my mummy pouch, both standing and lying down as hard to judge the exact spot. However once I'd got my other half to put it on, it made it much easier. I kept the plaster on for the recommended time and then removed it. I didn't enjoy taking the plaster off, I found it rather uncomfortable and a bit painful. This could be for the fact I had 3 c-sections perhaps. Once the plaster was off, my skin felt silky smooth. I'm not too sure if the plasters made a difference or not as I only used them for a week and it just wasn't for me. It left me a little sore as the plasters had a very good stick. These weren't for me or my c-section scar but everyone is different and what doesn't work for one person can work for another.

Very good product
The plasters are fantastic for reducing scar appearance and would happily use again however the stickiness of them is so strong that it was a bit uncomfortable to remove them.
