Colour match
It's a great product but unfortunately, it didn't match my hair colour. Very easy to use and didn't smell horrible either. More colour options. Would recommend though.

Clairol root touch-up brown
It was easy to mix up & put on grey roots with the brush. It says dark brown on packaging but looked black but left it as abstructed on timing & still looks black but covered all greys so I'm.happy.

Perfect Coverage
Great product for a touch up so flawless and natural , super easy to use and fast. Blended easily and lasted so well I love this , best of all no mess too. Perfect for all my resistant grey hairs loved this product would use it again and again. Box described all I needed and what I had to do well .

Easy
Really good coverage and roots seamlessly blended in with tips. Very quick and convenient. Hair looked healthy and full. Slightly confused by hair dryer on box, didn’t recommend heat treatment in instructions. Maybe benefit from a cap to allow product to sink in. Couple of persistent greys masked but not completely covered so maybe should’ve given slightly longer or applied more in that area.

Easy and fast with great results!
Thank you Home Tester Club and Clairol for allowing me to test this product. In the box came instructions, gloves, a recyclable mixing pot, a brush/separating tool and of course colour cream and activator. Mixed into pot - by the time I had mixed thoroughly, I was left with a quite thick rich cream, which I really liked - no dodgy drops to worry about. Then applied to my roots with the brush. At this point I’m 10 minutes in, no mess, no fuss, and I’m done! Instructions say to leave in for 10 minutes, or 15 if your greys are stubborn. Mine definitely are so I left it on for the full 15 as suggested. It is now at 25 mins from start to finish! Rinsed off and applied my usual conditioner. All done, easy , simple, quick and fuss free! I would definitely buy this!

Really good hair dye
This is really good hair dye, it is the colour it says it is and looks really good on my hair, it was the easiest hair dye I have used to pit on and to get down to my roots.

This product was gifted free by home testers in exhange for my honest review. I have used the product past few weeks and wow its simple and easy to use and a little goes along way I personally would pay the price and buy regularly to keep my greys at bay

Good but messy
I really enjoyed the end result of this dye. The colour is really good although I have never used a root touchup before only a full head of color which comes in a squeezy bottle I’m not used to mixing in a tub and then applying. I did manage to get it everywhere and all over my hands, and this has not come off with soap and water, and lots of scrubbing.

I think the Clairol root touch-up is great! Full covering of grey hair, easy application thanks to the brush that comes in the box. The amount of product is right for covering the roots, so overall I am really pleased with the result

Easy to use
This item was easy to apply and easy to understand. This touch up is ideal for a top up between full dyes. Perfect for those who want to go lighter but hate having the roots shine through too quickly.

It's so easy to apply and you can just see the difference. The grey just disappears. Easy read instructions. Easy apply and hardly any mess so if you have grey hairs even just a few this is the product for you.

Speedy and efficient
Excellent product! Useful dish & brush to use with creamy thick product which meant no dripping or mess, plus accurate application around hairline to prevent skin staining. Colour was a great match for loreal shade group 4, and was a nice dark brown (not ending up black or with an orange undertone like some brands recently). I managed go apply this quickly and then brush from the roots down the length of my hair just to assist the colour blending into my existing colour. Plus what was amazing was being able to apply it very quickly and neatly and then play with my toddler for the short development time before rinsing off…something I definitely couldn’t do when doing a full head of colour because of the mess and time that involves, and because having a full head of hairdye on my head would just tempt my toddler to try and het their hands into it & then spread it all over the living room!!! This was so quick and easy and neat to apply with a great and lasting colour hovering all greys.

Easy to use
It was easy to use and had even the small pot to blend the ingredients in and also the brush to apply it to the roots. I found it easy to use, left it for 10 minutes and was happy with the results.
