It's ok
I am a about a level 7 with white hair. It does the job, it's easy to use, instruction are on point. The box contains a brush that is very useful so you just need a bowl and that's it,

Don’t use if you are blonde
I was under the impression this product could lighten to highlighted blonde hair, I left it on for around an hour as the initial result was orange, it lightened slightly more when I left it longer but still very orange. I have used other box dyes on my hair which have managed to lighten my roots ( baring in mind my natural hair is a dark blonde). Unfortunately I would not recommend to anyone who is blonde, I imagine maybe the brown shades are better.

Easy to use.
Very pleased with the result I got from using this. Would definitely use again. So much easier to die the roots instead of the hold head. As it doesn't take so long to apply, easy to use the dish and brush that was in the box. Made it nice and easy to to applied with the brush felt comfortable in my hand when using it. Instructions were very easy to follow.

Clairol Root Touch UP
First time using this product and I couldn't be more impressed. Covered my grays well and really liked the colour results. Only issues was due to such bad roots it didn't quite cover them all, two boxes may have been needed but it definitely did a great job.

Good roots touch up hair dye
Love this kit for covere my greys roots without being necessary to dye my whole hair.Takes like 15-20min to cover.The box come with instructions and a small brush with so making easy to do it.

Didn’t lighten as much as I would like!
This was very easy to use and was fairly impressed. It didn’t have any horrible smells and the instructions are clear and easy to use, it has good coverage and does remove they greys which is great. However it didn’t have the lifting power I would like. Only lifted a few shades but I do have quite dark hair, I am sure it would lift perfectly on lighter hair. Overall impressed but just didn’t lift as much as I would like.

Wasn't a fan
I didn't find it the best for me, my hair looked more of a yellow than a blonde, maybe better for someone with more lighter roots naturally. I'm pretty dark

Easy to use and apply
I loved this product! The brush applicator meant it was so easy to use and put on roots and no mess on me! No unpleasant smell of bleach either which is great! I left on for 30 mins as wanted extra light, however I was a little disappointed as it wasn’t as light as rest of hair. However I had a lot of root to cover to brushed through blend in and lighten the area. It could be that I spread to thinly to get full light effect and I still love the end result. So 5 stars from me still as application and use was so easy and pleasant and I do love end result!

A handy tool
If you need a quick touch up, this is an easy product to use. I have naturally dark blonde hair that I dye very light blonde. This product comes out slightly more yellow than I'd like.

Disappointed
I've been dying my hair at home for quite a few year's now and when I received this Clairol No Bleach Hair colour I was expecting good thing's, but unfortunately I found it to be very disappointing. My first impression was, "Blimey, there's not a lot of product to apply to my roots," and the brush they provided was smaller than I'd hoped for. Once I'd applied the hair colour, it was stinging my scalp for about 10 minutes, which was making it quite itchy and irritated. After reading the information on the leaflet, it stated to leave it on for 20 minutes and to use your own hair care products. Truthfully, I was glad to wash it out. The results were barely visible, and now, after 2 weeks from application my greys have come back with a vengeance. I will definitely not be buying this hair colour.
