Great for dry skin
This ointment is a lovely remedy for dry, chapped skin. In the colder winter months my skin and lips get awfully dry so this has been the perfect product for me, I've put it on my hands, my lips and any dry patches on my body and it instantly nourishes and locks in moisture. I especially love that there's no awfully oily greasy residue. Overall a great product, I would definitely repurchase!

Compliment my dry skin nicely
This product is such a great product, it absorb nicely into my dry skin plus it stays long on the skin. It improves my dry skin and my skin looks well moisturised.Its also great that it can be applied to all parts of the body/face etc. The only slight thing i picked up is that when first opened, you need a strong fingers to squeeze it out of the tube.

Ideal for everything
I really enjoyed this product as I've found myself with really flaky and dry skin over the last few months and this seems to be the only product that is not just helping, but also semi-preventing it. Typically, I don't like anything too thick, but for what it needs to do, the consistency was great, and despite it feeling oily on first application, once on the skin, it doesn't feel oily for long and I can feel the applied area staying moisturised hours after I've applied! If you're into the slugging trend, this would be an ideal product. A little does go a long way, so I see this as being a super staple in my face and body skincare routine!

Good for Dry Skin
This is a great product because of the way it can be used in multiple ways for different areas. I especially liked using it as a lip balm and on very dry patches such as elbows, knees and ankles. Also after applying my nighttime skincare, it was very good applied on top as it left my skin hydrated in the morning. However it is slightly thick and greasy even after it’s been absorbed, meaning it’s best used at night rather than during the day.

Great for sensitive dry skin
This cream is fantastic. Great for sensitive dry skin and I love that it is has no added fragrance. The most noticeable for me is my neck area which was starting to look a little crepey. Since using this the crepiness has gone. I will never buy another neck product again.

Repair and Moisture
I've been using CeraVe Advanced Repair Ointment, and it's been a game-changer for my dry skin. It really does the job, especially on my hands and elbows. The ceramides and hyaluronic acid seem to work wonders in keeping my skin moisturized and repaired. Overall, I'm quite impressed.

Mediocre at best
Unfortunately I didn't have good results with this cream. I have patches of dry skin and incredibly dry, chapped hands. The consistency is similar to some glycerin based hand creams however the cerave ointment is slightly thicker. Unfortunately it just doesn't soak in. I have tried it multiple times on both my dry skin and my hands and it's done very little. I had high hopes for this as cerave products are normally really good.

Miracle cream
Before using this face cream, my skin was very dry. And from the first use, my skin feels smooth and soft. I got rid of the sensitive and dry skin I had.Once I applied the cream, my face changed. It feels like it gets into my skin and repairs my dry excess. I have used it for a few days and I can say that my face is only sensitive because of this cream. A very good result from the first application. Thank you for this wonderful cream, for this treatment and for getting rid of the problem I had with my face.

Smooth thick moisturiser
Thick, smooth, clear, unscented moisturiser. Feels a bit like the texture of vaseline and leaves the skin with a slight sheen. Some areas of dry skin I have used it on are feeling more moisturised. Not sure yet how effective it is on a patch of eczema. I am happy with the results so far and will continue using this moisturiser. One slight negative is I feel like it doesn't spread as far as other moisturisers I use.

best for dry n chapped skin
I have never suffered with dry skin but after having a reaction to a make up setting spray, my skin became so dry,flaking,cracking and creepy.I tried every moisturiser in my arsenal but nothing would relieve it.This completely cured my skin issues after 2 nights!!!

Like liquid velvet!
I absolutely love the texture of this ointment. Although its an ointment and therefore thicker and heavier than cream, it spreads wonderfully easily and doesnt need softening or warming at all like some other similar products do. Ive been using it on my lips and cuticles as both have been super dry in the recent cold weather, and its really helped my lips heal after they cracked and bled the other day. They feel totally back to normal after just a few applications which is wonderful! Really like this and will most likely repurchase.

Cerave repair ointment
Been suffering with dry skin for years never quite found anything that worked untill now! This product is really good and works really well I finally feel moisturised! The dry skin has finally started to clear up
