Infants & babies up to 2 years: Lay your child down and turn their head to one side. Put the nozzle into a nostril and press the spray head once. Then repeat in the other nostril. Children over 2 years & adults: Put the nozzle into one nostril, holding the bottle vertically. Press the other nostril closed. Press the spray head once and spray deeply, breathing in at the same time. Then repeat in the other nostril.

Calpol Saline Spray
The Calpol Saline Spray has been a life saver to me. My 6 week old daughter became poorly and was struggling to breath due to a cold and blocked sinusitis, which was very distressing for us both. I used the Calpol Saline Spray over the course of 2 days which worked wonders. My daughter became less irritable after the use which to me shows that it worked

Blocked nose saver for kids
Lovely spray. Seems to be gentle as my daughter likes to use it and doesn’t protest. During this winter season is common that kids are having blocked nose. This is saver. There is not many product for small kids. My daughter she already knows when she have blocked nose after swimming lessons she is asking for this spray.

Works really well
I used this nasal spray on both my one year old and 9 year old when they had a cold and it worked almost immediately. My 9 year old tends to become a bit congested at night during the winter and kept complaining about her nose being blocked. I used the spray; 2 puffs in each nostril and quite soon afterwards, my daughter looked extremely relieved and thanked me with a hug notifying me that she could breathe again. She slept very well that night for which I was very pleased. I usually use another saline brand for my baby but decided to give this one a try. She usually puts up a fuss whenever having to use a nasal spray but seemed quite relaxed with this nozzle and allowed me to spray her nostrils. She too was breathing unrestricted in a matter of moments. I highly recommend this product because of its effectiveness and comfort as well as its ease of use.

Got my sleep back!
Brilliant, my baby has been up a few nights with a stuffy nose, used the spray and he slept through! It cleared his blockages and was easy to use - as easy as it can be with a baby!

Better than I expected
When we first used the spray my little one was extremely stuffy and cranky. Putting this spray up his nose wasn’t the easiest thing to do and with him being in a bad mood it was a bit tricky, I did have to hold his head. But I feel like it worked! It worked all night, I thought it was going to be a bad night with him waking with his stuffy nose and cold, but he slept throughout the night. The next morning we tried it again and it was a little less like fighting a small demon. It was almost as if, at 1 year old he knew it would work. All in all it was amazing, to say the least. It really helped my little ones stuffy nose. Thanks Calpol, another great baby product.

Good for adults too
When I received this product, I gave this to my goddaughter’s parents as she is a very sniffly child who picks up any germs/viruses that are going around. What none of us could predict, was that covid would arrive in their house the following week. The product actually ended up being used by one of the parents and they said it was extremely helpful with the covid symptoms. I guess that this makes the product suitable for all ages which is impressive for the calpol brand as it is predominantly aimed at being used for young children

Fantastic product
When I trialed this nasal spray my son had a bad cold. This opened his airways and gave him some relief. After it working so well for him I provided my daughters partner how well it had worked on my 2 year old so he bought some and it worked fantastic for him to. Would recommend this product to anybody for a child with a bad cold, or even adults now. I wouldn’t use any other product now
