And because it’s a simple, natural, non-medicated treatment, you can use it right from birth. This product can be taken alongside CALPOL® Infant Suspension if pain and fever relief is also needed. Infants & babies up to 2 years: Lay your child down and turn their head to one side. Put the nozzle into a nostril and press the spray head once. Then repeat in the other nostril. Children over 2 years & adults: Put the nozzle into one nostril, holding the bottle vertically. Press the other nostril closed. Press the spray head once and spray deeply, breathing in at the same time. Then repeat in the other nostril.

Really helps
When a child has a blocked nose this really helps. Initially they didn’t want anything sprayed but after one use they were relaxed and it really works.

Excellent for colds and stuffy noses
Really easy to use and my little one doesn’t seem to mind it .It really helped clear my child’s nostrils when she was very congested and noticed how she could breathe a lot better afterwards.Its noted that it’s good for colds and flus ,sinusitis and hay fever symptoms.Definitely agree on cold and flus ,cannot comment the rest but happy with my experience of the product

Relief for congested noses

Instant Relief
This was brilliant for our new born! Immediately eased the congestion and allowed for a comfortable nights sleep. We have a few spares dotted through our relatives houses in case we need it. Would highly recommend.

Life saver over the years!
We found this product a while ago but it’s now a staple in our medicine cupboard! With 3 young children who have picked up anything and everything viral it comes with an almost constant runny nose! Their sleep can be affected so much when they’re already feeling poorly but wanting to explore and struggling! It can cause so many meltdowns and emotional outbursts! We started using this to ease the pressure in there noses and noticed a huge difference in their sleep quality and the day following in how much snot would come out.. this products makes them breathe easy again and provides almost immediate relief for my children! My oldest is nearly 10 and still asks for it now to relieve pressure! Great product for parents in need especially coming up to spring with hay fever season!

Worth a try
Saline nose spray is the only thing you can try when your newborn baby has a cold and you need to clear their airways so it’s a must for parents with a baby less than 3 months. I was impressed with the calpol saline spray. It was easy to use and doesn’t get stuck like some of the bottles. My daughter hates it but it does work to help clear her nose when she has the worse colds. I would recommend to all new parents.

Very good for babies
I use this for my baby girl when she has some cold symptoms or when her nose is blocked. It’s very easy to use, and very effective. Really helps and not that pricey. Available at most stores.

Great spray
This is great for little ones blocked or stuffy noses when they have a cold. It helps unblock it and can be used from a young age. I have found the calpol one better than other non branded ones.

Best saline
I always use this product when my little girl has a cold, it's very good and helpful when her nose is blocked, it helps her breathe better and clean her natile. It's a very affordable, easy to use and high quality product. I definitely recommend it.

Go to for colds!
There is not much babies can have to help them with colds so this is a real life saver! It’s one of those things we have to have in the medicine cupboard. I use it for my 4 month old and 3 year old. Easy to use and clears blocked nose quickly (really helps at night!)

Not sure about this
To be honest I am not sure if this one is really working well. I have used it for my child but there were no effect or any changes. I was a bit disappointed, but hopefully it works perfectly for other children

getting rid of those nasty buggers in baby's nose.
I've been using this nasal spray since my baby was newborn, it helps clear the nose when it is stuffy, and it also loosens the difficult buggers that don't want to come out first time round. If I had to say a negative thing is that it doesn't always spray immediately. Sometimes you need to do a spray in the air and then it will spray properly.
