Smooth shave
I currently and expensive subscription service for my razors. And I shave my face and head, I’ve tried so many brands over the years and I feel it’s worth spending a bit of money for a decent product. I was so surprised when I received these razor blades (and the glass handle to use them) as they are almost identical to my expensive subscription from a company that sounds like a Stone On The Corner. They even for the same handle that I have?!? BUT… these are less than half the price!! They give the same amazingly smooth shave (when used with a quality shave cream) they don’t give any burn or cuts, and they do have the trimmer blad on the back which I’ve always needed to get those annoying little hairs on my neck that seem to avoid the main blades. The one thing I would like is some way to store them better. I like that the packaging is made from recycled materials, but the 4 blades are loose when out the box (they have covers on). These WILL replace my current razor!

New Blades
These blades are good, ready to use simple no frills blades to use and they come in easy to access and recycle packaging, my only fault is that inside the pack is 4 blades, and being in cardboard it could become damp in the bathroom and unsuitable to hold the blades, therefore I have 4 blades sitting loose in the bathroom when competitor blades come in a storage tray so they easier to store and harder to misspace. how cant complain with the quality of the shaving quality of the blades. very good product from a responsible brand.

Got potential…
I personally like the rollerball option in competitor razors however, as a no-frills option, I do like the Bulldog. Very simple and a great handle design to go with the blades. If Bulldog price this right, they certainly have a chance with the market share! Worth a go.

Not impressed
Easy to change with in recyclable packaging and that's it of the good bits. It suppose to prevent from irritation of the skin but it my case irritate more than others shaving blades, it doesn't shave well even after shower when my shave is softer maybe it's because I like to shave once a week and it's little bit thick but I tried some different makes and they does it better.

Great smooth shave
I have been using these blades for a couple of weeks now, the give a smooth clean chanve and I have had no razor burn or shaving rash while using them. I have pretty thick facial hair and the cut through really well. I have only positive things to say about these blades.

No Cuts, All rounder for all over body
Overall, the packaging was good, and the blade removed hair evenly and neatly. When I tried it on my skin, I didn’t experience any irritation; it removed hair smoothly. Using the blade 2-3 times in the same direction was enough to remove hair completely. Typically, when I use blades from other brands, I do experience cuts on my skin. However, this sensitive steel blade did not cause any pain at all. There were only a very few cuts on areas with hair bumps, but I usually get those regardless, so I don’t consider them significant when reviewing the product. I also tested it on my pubic hair and underarms, and it worked very well. The overall build quality is impressive and does not feel like a low-quality blade. I highly recommend this product to anyone.

Great
The thing I loved most about the refills are that there is no plastic packaging, it’s all cardboard so it can be recycled easy. So if sustainability is something you care about then Bulldog refills are a better choice than other brands I’ve seen. The blades are good, nice and sharp and have the soft coating on the edge. I also like that on the back of the blades is a small blade for getting into tight places like under your nose.

A little disappoited
The packaging of these razor refills is great and is perfect for recycling. The main problem I found with the razors themselves was the quality of the heads. In comparison to other high end brands the razor quality of others looks and feels much better. The closest comparison I can draw for these are Lidl own brand razors which are okay but not what I would expect from Bulldog.
