Aveeno oat

I have always used aveeno products, and was recommended using the oat bath soak when my son had chicken pox. It was an absolute life saver. It was so soothing for him and eased up the itching and soreness and helped to heal quicker

great product

I discovered this product during my child’s bout with chicken pox. Aware of oats’ reputation for calming itchy skin, I decided to give it a go. Remarkably, my second child recovered faster than my first, for whom I hadn’t used this product. It truly aids in soothing and healing the skin. Post-bath, their skin is noticeably softer and well-moisturized.

Excellent excellent excellent!

I absolutely champion all Aveeno products but this one in particular is awesome!Whenever my daughter had a bad nappy rash or had some mild skin rashes as a smaller baby this made a significant improvement and difference.Its clinically proven to gently soothe and relieve itchiness and prevent dryness so this is very reassuring!It has 100% natural oat and moisturiser .Yet another excellent product from Aveeno Baby !Definitely worth investing in your baby’s or toddler skincare,this is a brand I love and I have absolute trust in as a parent!

Great for chicken pox

This was my go to when my daughter got chicken pox. This product turns the bath a milky white but doesn't have a strong smell and doesn't leave a film over the skin. Daughter certainly found relief from the itching and didn't want to get out of the bath!

Lovely for sore skin

I came across this product when my child had chicken pox, I had heard of oats helping soothe the itchy skin I gave it a try and found my 2nd child had healed much quicker than my first child who I didn't use this for. It definitely helps soothe the skin and help it heal. There skin feels really soft and hydrated after using this in the bath

Great for dry baby skin

I use this when my little one when she had an eczema outbreak and this is really gentle and moisturising on her skin. It also helps to slowly calm down the eczema.

I’m on the fence

I used this purely to see how it would compare to using standard oats strained through a sock and quite honestly I’m going to stick with good old oats! My son has eczema and bathing him in oat water has helped so much, for the extra cost I wouldn’t recommend this product when a bag of oats and an old pair of tights works so much better!

Soothing bath soak for baby

We had started using this when our kids excema had flaired up and other soaps had irritated their skin. This soothed their skin and calmed the itching. The bath smelt of oats.

Daughter has eczema

My daughter suffers with eczema all over her body apart from her hands and face, I use this in her every day bath and it seems to work lovely on her skin.. as her eczema is quite serve, this doesn’t exactly cure it but it makes bath time easier and gentle on her skin

Had no issues with baby's skin

Mostly dissolved in bath. Had to stir last bits. Water cloudy. Not strong smelling. Bath wasn't slippy after. Did not impact on babies skin.

Great addition to help sooth sore skin

Used this on days my little ones skin appeared more irritated. The following day, the skin did not look as sore and little one was less inclined to scratch skin. Although it helped my little ones skin I did not look forward to using it at it meant I had to use more time to clean the tub due to the oat residue sticking to the sides of bath. Not a good combo when I have a baby with sore skin that I want to bathe and get ready for bed as it prolongs the routine.
