Seems to work
The gummy had a nice grape fruity flavour. On some nights, i did not have the urge to get up to pee, and i aldo did not need to wear ear plugs, but I had sound sleep. I didnt need much tossing and turning before falling asleep. However, on some nights, the gummy did not seem to have the same effect. Maybe I need to continue for longer than 2 weeks.

I had started to use the product since 2 weeks ago. The product is nice to eat and it’s help my sleep getting better. Previously I always have difficulty to sleep but after used the product I can easily feel sleep and can sleep well over the night. I fully recommend this products to people like me having difficulty to sleep.

Efficient
Usually I have hard times falling asleep and not a tight sleeping person. Easily wake up when there is noise even not loud. But after taking ZzzQuil Pure Zzzs Melatonin, I have better sleep and feel more energetic when wake up in the next day.

Sleeping gummy that WORKS!!!
Love anything berries flavoured, so this berries flavour is definitely my favourite! I took just 1 to test it out first in case it’s too strong for me. I usually have trouble sleeping at night or only falling asleep at around 3-4am. This gummies which I have observed allow me to be more sleepy before my usual bed time and help me to sleep better. Overall, I would just take 1 and not 2 for my personal preference as I heard about melatonin (giving like slight after-effect) which I’m trying to avoid! will continue to monitor my progress too. PS: packaging is solid 100% but it’s a big wasteful to ship 1 bottle in a large box with many plastic. Hope that can change
