Although the product is light and easy to move around, operation wise, getting to dewrinkle a shirt is not user friendly. Took longer than expected to get just one shirt done and even then, the crease is still visible. In the end, had to use a normal iron to finish the task. Would have been good if there is a backboard, else, need to use the other hand to hold the shirt else, it will move around while trying to steam.
