Like that the cream has no smell
Like that the cleanser is soap free, however it feels like shower oils allow easier application. Like that the cream has no smell compared to other brands.

Safe Sensitive Healthy
I need a stronger product as my skin is very dry and flaky however I feel this can be effective for someone who has moderate acne or enzyme scars. Inused other part of my skin and it felt very smooth. It was not irritable even on my open acnes

Useful Moisturizer Good product
I received the item on august 11, and started using it on august 12. My skin is very dry, itchy and irritated. On my first time using derma lab cleanser, its abit watery compared to the cleanser i used before. Im not so fascinated with the cleanser at all. So after showering i followed it up with the dema lab cream. Its thick and creamy. It feels itchy on my first usage but its non greasy and is easily absorbed by the skin. Its feels matted. Upon continuous usage my skin started to adapt with the product. Its been 8days now since i started using derma lab cleanser and cream. I can say, my skin feels less itchy, less irritated and more hydrated compared before. I am continuing to use this product to see more of its benefits to dry and eczema prone skin like mine.

Hydrating with Excellent Absorption
The Derma Lab Gentle Relief Cleanser is a soap-free cleanser. I was not entirely sure about it at first as I'm used to soap lather! But it does do the job, and I do feel the thinnest layer of moisture over my skin after using it. It did not dry or irritate my rather sensitive skin. I do use quite a bit each time I take a bath, so the 1L size is very welcome. The Derma Lab Gentle Relief Cream was a pleasant surprise. It has a very thick and creamy texture, and a little goes a very long way, so you only need to apply a small amount each time. I used it mostly on my feet (as I have eczema) and my very dry elbows, and the dry skin was noticeably improved after a few rounds of application. The absorption rate is really good as I usually have 'oily' feet after applying other creams.

Soft, gentle and mild
It is a very mild and light cleanser, that does not lather and does not strip off all the bodily oils from your skin, hence the moisturised feeling and neutral skin pH value. You will also tend to use a lot of it as it does not feel soapy nor spread easily. However at times you wonder if you are totally clean. If you have normal skin and are looking for a daily soap cleanser, I would recommend you to look elsewhere. However i would recommend this for problematic skin.

Amazing soothing product
Does not irritate my sensitive skin at all and was very soothing. Normally when I shower I get a burning sensation, but with this, I felt relief and loved it. Will continue to buy this brand new product once I finish this bottle

immediate relief, comfort, no more itch
i had itch, dried skin and cracks on my palms and feets. By applying the cleanser and cream, my skin was immediately relief from itchness, feeling a sense of comfort through the day. After applying for a few days, i can see my skin improved and healing from the cracks. Amazing skin care product.
