Easy to use. Like that the colours available include trendy ones like ash brown. Packaging is also less old fashioned than some of its competitors for grey hair coverage.

Easy, fast, mess-free
I used pudding or bubble type hair dye previously and they take super long and my bathroom and myself gets splattered with hair dye. But with this comb-nozzle, I am still relatively clean and no mess at all, even though my mum helped me with it in the bedroom. Even when my mum used it herself in the bathroom, no dripping mess! Would definitely recommend it for short and/or normal hair because of the ease of use, fast application and mess-free!

Easy application Minimal mess
I like the applicator as it creates minimal mess. However , the colour isn't obvious as shown on the model. But it, does cover my greys quite effectively. I would probably look out for other available shades to try out if there's an offer in stores.

Good coverage for white hair.
I like that the colour is very trendy yet can cover my grey hair as most products unable to or last a short while. Hope that there will be more variety of colours like my favourite red and obvious brown shades. I think its really easy to use however, I still had use my own brush separately to dye more details. The liquid is a little watery hence kept dropping on my floor but it does not stain my neck hands n floors which I'm definitely happy about . I will recommend this to people who needs coverage fir grey or white hair as it really effective n easy.

don't like colour.
Was sent Premium Ash colour. When submitted interest, I was hoping for a darker or non-ash, more "solid" colour. As my hair volume isn't very thick, I felt that the ash colour wasn't very complementing, my hair volume seemed to look thinner.
