My daughter had diaper rash the day this product arrived. I tried it on her and the rash spread faster. I continued using it for 3 straight days, but the rash was too painful for my daughter to bear. Hence I stopped.

I feel that this is a good product. However, may not be something in the top of my list due to price factor. It is more on the pricey side for me. I love that it is super easy to absorb to the skin and does not leave any greasiness at all. I dab a tiny amount on my finger and dab to the necessary parts of the body. The product package could be improved in a way that the cream that comes out won't be too much at one go. With the price, it will be a waste if too much of the product comes out at once and you end up not using all. It's a trusted brand but the name of the product sounds too scientific, not a baby-friendly name that attracts a parent. Also, it's best to state clearly which nasty ingredients it doesn't contain as this is one of the most important aspects many parents look for in baby products. For the price point, I would rather purchase my usual diaper rash cream for my baby.

I really love Cicaplast fo my baby but I also used it on my own skin. Like a shared ritual I had some redness and small pimples on my buttock. I've used Cicaplast and in 1 week everything is back to normal. I appreciate the non greasy texture and the fact that it dries fast. I will definitely recommend it to any mums ad friends.
