I tried this so many times .. masarap sya lalo na favorite ko choco kaya pak na pak tlga as in dahil nag didiet ako need ko mag less eating ito ung one food na nakatulong sakin para mag loss weight ko . sarap kase papakin at the same time ndi ako nag gain ng weight ..
