Upon trying Diabetasol sweetener,I noticed that it is a good replacement for sugar.It has flavourful taste and it helps me maintain my weight even though I eat desserts because of using it.I usually use it for my coffee. Good alternative
It actually helped me in controlling my sugar intake in the sense that I can count how much I've used in a day. Setting a limit per day and sticking to is easier if I get a specific amount to use (packs). At first i tried eating diabetasol as it is, just to know what type of sweetness im up against. Its like really fine white sugar, so a small amount goes really far. There is just a bitter aftertaste (not sure about the others who tried it though) if you eat it alone, but when mixed, it tastes like regular white sugar. The low calorie content also helped in making sure I get the sweets with less guilt. My blood sugar also remained peacefully in the safe numbers. Overall, an excellent sweetener for those who are experiencing hypertension and diabetes. Thank you!
