A healthy journey with Diabetasol
I tried Diabetasol vanilla flavor for the past 2 weeks and I will now share my experience. I drank it warm every night before going to sleep. The taste is just right for me, not too bland and not too sweet. I try not to eat much during dinner or night time so drinking a cup of Diabetasol milk made me fee full, without any hungry pangs. Each morning, I would test my blood sugar level and I noticed that I maintained my regular blood sugar level even when I consumed Diabetasol the night before. Overall, this is a good nutritional supplement for diabetics like me.
