Love it over simple crackers. Used have these during my diet days and surely helped me a lot. Also taste good in pasta so I guess this is a better alternative for dishes that needs fish but you're in a hurry.

Good alternative
I was suprised that this tasted good more than I expected. My go to is the spicy oil flavor but this Century bangus is a good alternative as viand specially when you are in a hurry!!

THIS TASTES GOOD AND ALSO HEALTHY. THIS IS WHAT I EAT WHENEVER I DECIDE TO GO ON A DIET. SINCE IT IS FILLET AND WITH VEGETABLE OIL, IT MAKES IT EASY TO EAT PLUS IT IS A HEALTHY FOOD IN CAN. :)

Can foods is a very life saver, but this is not just a simple fish. Very delicious when you put it on rice, bread or in pasta. Love it!!!

LOVE IT!
It's delicious and has the right kick of spiciness to be honest it's my all time favorite ever since I tasted it a bit pricey but still worth it. It's a must try.

Love it!
Bangus Fillet in Vegetable oil is my new favorite canned product. It's tasty and the taste surely will make you want it all over again. It's also our family's fave to-go snack, perfect with crackers too.
