Great supplement
Tried this product and loved the mango flavor. I drink this 2-3 times a week and make sure to hydrate. It does a good job and I don’t feel bloated anymore.

Clium Fibre
I have been using C-Lium in powder form already, but the taste of the husks kind of leaves an after taste after drinking it. This is my first time trying C-Lium in capsule form and I liked it better because it doesn't leave a weird after taste like that in powder form. It is a bit pricey though compared to powder form still, it is worth it.
