Garlicky
We use this even for breading fish. It coats evenly and doesn't burn on high heat oil. However, it is just a little too salty when used too much. So a thin layer is good enough.

Just the right amount of garlicky.
Ever since we discovered this variant of Crispy Fry, we never really went for the original. This gives more flavor and my family and I are garlic chicken enthusiasts so if you're also an enthusiast like us then you should definitely try it!
