overpoweringly sweet!
I wanted to enjoy this chocolate, given my love for carrot cake, but unfortunately I couldn't. The sweetness was simply too overpowering. It almost seemed artificial to me. There was a slight 'carrot cake' taste, but it was really seemed more of the fabricated carrot cake flavour you often get in products trying to imitate the flavour. On the bright side - Whittaker's was suspiciously perfect to me before this, so I'm glad they have some flaws to balance things out and make them real.

Not the best Whittaker's product -not even close!
The idea of this was very appealing as I love white chocolate and carrot cake. Although this has the smell and taste of carrot cake it is overly sweet & has a really unusual & unpleasant aftertaste and I wouldn't buy it again. Hasn't put me off buying other Whittaker's flavours though - still the best chocolate brand on the market.

Yummy!
Carrot cake is my favourite cake and this chocolate was absolutely divine! The flavour wasn't too overpowering, but still noticeable. Also love the packaging, so cute. One of my new favourite chocolates for sure.

Disappointing
I bought it for comfort food in lockdown, and reasoned that I couldn't go wrong with Whittaker's. But it was over-sweet and I couldn't taste any carrot cake flavour at all. It was standard white chocolate.

Amazing
Sooooo delicious. Couldn’t believe how much it actually tasted like carrot cake. Whittaker’s did a great job with this one!

Surprised
I love carrot cake and wasn't to sure what to expect from a carrot cake flavoured chocolate But WOW I really did taste like carrot cake, only a bit sweeter. Highly recommend trying this chocolate out.

It has a very particular taste that reminds me a lot of carrot cake David I found it very nice but if you're not one carrot cake you might not like it

An unusual flavour.
I tried this product and found it had the perfect balance of sweet and savory, it was an instant hit in the house, even the kids enjoyed it.

A bit underwhelming
It’s a good white chocolate with a hint of carrot. I was expecting a bit more carrot. If you have a sweet tooth this is your choc slab. Cute picture on the front which was what attracted me to buy it

Spot on flavour
I loved the taste, just like a real carrot cake with the spices. I enjoyed tasting it but its not something I can eat a lot of, not sure why though. The flavour is nice and im a fan of white chocolate and big lover of carrot cake. I'd eat it if offered to me but its not a go to fix for my stash.

The flavour is bang on and really smooth. I wish they made it available as a regular flavour, and in a 150g slab.

Curious Carrot
I love chocolate. I love Whittaker’s chocolate. I love carrot cake. So needless to say I was stoked to see this appear on shelves. And then? I was a little disappointed. Maybe I built it up too much in my head or expected it to be very cake flavoured. I still enjoyed it….definitely. But I think it could have had a bit more…something…to it. Hubby and kids thought it was fab though so it’s possible it’s just me and my wacky taste buds!

Most unusual
This is the most unusual flavoured chocolate I think I have ever tried and I like it but think it's a bit too unusual for my tastes. It's a clever idea for a new flavour but I'm not sure it quite works.
